adrenal hormones high

This is my first post but have been reading for about a year. Had a Rhein test done, and adrenal hormones came back high, and had a ct scan of kidneys, and adrenal glands but didn't get the results yet. What are people doing to control levels. Diet, supplemnts ect. Tired all day, and have been starting to loose more hair. I am on hrt of test 100/mg/week, dhea 25mg 2x/day, pregnenalone cream 1/2 ml/day, 1mg melatonin at bedtime. Here are my high levels...everything else is in normal ranges.

Scan you test results including any interpretations you may have got from RheinLabs. Same with a blood tests. Insert these scans into Word file, post it here or somewhere else and provide link to it.
