Your going to have to significantly bump up the amount of WMS to get your desired effects. If you want to keep the carbs lower just use dextrose and IA (awesome combo) otherwise you need about 70g of WMS to keep the desired osmosility (<-spelled that wrong) with IA because the serving of IA is 24g's total which would greatly slow down the absorption of only 30g WMS and defeat its purpose. My personal experience is that IA with 70g of Pina Colada flavored WMS + Apple IA right before and at the beginning of a workout is the cats pajama's.
