Add or keep out DBOL from my Test-E cycle

I'm doing my first cycle of Test-E 500mg a week for 12 weeks and running Nolva after for 40/40/20/20. I was thinking of adding DBOL but I'm kind of scared, so I have a few questions:

1) Should I add dbol in? Why or why not? (It's my first cycle).

2) Would it make acne worse if I were to get any?
