So, I use Ginseng. Panax as I get something from it - warmth in winter, energy, confidence, and better mood.
I however read two weeks on one week off is the cycle. On my week off i feel crap.
What other, non-competing adaptogens are there i could use instead.
Im under a constant stae of stress from work, house rebuild (i live on abuilding site!) and other stresses (teenagers!)
I was thinking Siberian as its not actually ginseng... but it gives me paranoia/jealousy/self doubt issues.
