Roughly 1 year ago I developed Achilles Tendinitis in both my legs. Due to over training. Well one year has passed, though they have technically *healed* they give me issues now and then. Today I was on a roof, and did some jumping around(was hooking the straps to a crane to lift off materials).
Well I get home, and almost lose my footing and fall because my right tendon started on me. I went running saturday, no issues, but then this, and blah. I feel like it will Never heal properly. Any input?
