My coach made me do them and I must say your confidence goes up and you get use to gettin under heavy weight... Did 800+ last week for reps.

Go to your squat rack
Set pins to about half ROM of your normal squat.
Set bar on pins
Load the weight
Get under and push upward and rep over and over again even if you have to bounce off the pins
 
Is your coach setting the pins at levels where he feels you have sticking points?

Thanks buddy! Sounds like an idea to me. Will do. Not gunna this week cause nursing a pain I have had for 3 months that I willed myself through durring my cycle. Will start these next week. Thanks again bro!

Just woke up and I must say my shoulder hasnt felt this good I'm a long while. Time to supp up and hit Chest ;-)

YES!!! This is Puttin it to the test. Even early... Seemed like the relief kicked in full effect right on time. Impressed so far

Not to mention using much heavier weight trains your CNS to get used to handling the heavier load until your body adapts and it feels normal. When you go back down to your regular weights, they feel like a fraction of what they used to because your body has been conditioned to handle so much more. That is one great aspects of switching between equipped lifting and raw, heavy negatives, squat press, etc.

Thanks to Antaeus Labs my shoulders feel better then they have in a long while. Almost like new.
Today was bench day so I put it to the test.

Bench: worked my way up and Maxed at 475 which was 8 sets in. Went to do heavy dumbells but... My chest was done at this point.

Incline Bench: did a few sets of light work for the range of motion. Felt good and stretch me out a lil.

Tricep pressdowns: once again I max out every machine there is on these. Was doin sets of 8-12 with 260 for 6

Reverse single arm tri pressdown: sets of 5-8 with 80/90/100 lbs

Single arm OH tri ext: 50s for 8. 3 sets

Shoulder did not budge or hurt at all and matter infact is still lubed.

Achilles is doin its job and I'm by far impressed. Never thought this would happen! I'm blessed!

Woke up sore as **** BUT No shoulder pain! Well lubricated and no pinch at top. I'm grateful for this AL.
The thing that was my first priority is my son likes to be tossed up in the air and what not and it has always hurt my shoulders so I stopped. Now I can play with him more with things he likes. 6 months old.
 
Achilles improving quality of life. Win Win right there.

That's great news your pain free bro! We gots to have ability to b active in our kids lives. I'm not to the point in my life where I think its ok for my child to kick my ass at any sport lol, I know that day will come soon :)

Wow! I'm really amazed with this product so far. Since the day all the pain and pinch went away... It has stayed gone and have not shown any signs of it returning. My mood is uplifted. Not just my shoulders but every joint feels great! Today I will be Pulling! See what I can do!

Not gonna get into my lifts today... Just wasn't my day. Joints are holding up. Area around tailbone hurts tho :-(

Yes many times... Actually use to be a sponsored freestyle bike rider when I was in high school then after army a drunk lol
 
Then it will be an issue. The tail bone can become an injury with no solution. I don't see how you can damage it by DLs but you might just have to live with the pain. No fun I'm sure.

Shoulder day! Still holding up like its new! Gonna give it another week before goin heavy again... So today rehab work! Lovin every min
