sum quick noob questions, sry if this has been has asked before, but does it matter if the cla is tonalin or not? and also is this ok

Take them with each meal just divide meals into your total dosages and then do that much each meal. Have fun bro!
 
You know how I said I got a brain tingle on the thread at bb.com. I wonder if its the vinpocetine. Im taking like 30-50mg a day of it. Its a really addicting feeling.

Looking forward to trying this stack....also this reminded me of an article I read a few years ago where Dr. Michael Colgan was trying to create something very similar...found the article at vitamin connection and found the supp. he sells at the Colgan Institute....anyway ingredients are:
ALCAR 500mg Ala 100mg Biotin 1800mcg Chromium 200mcg

CoQ10 20mg Docosahexaenoic Acid 120mg HCA 1000mg

Eicosapentaenoic Acid180mg

Keep in mind this is an old article but thought maybe for those of you who understand the science of how the anarchy stack works that some of these compounds could be added or substituted to possibly make the stack even more effective.
 
Green tea extract is usually about 7% caffeine, so there are about 28mg per pill. You can get decaf green tea extract - Life Extension Super Green Tea Extract is one such product.

k i cant wait to start, im saving up and im prolly gonna start early august, Ive noticed the NOW products are pretty cheap, but are they good quality? what would u guys suggest?
 
I think NOW has good quality supps.. i use them for almost all my vitamins i take during the day..  along with great prices you cant really go wrong

since i cant afford such i high dose of cla every month ive been looking for something else to add thats cheaper.. I know GUGGUL and FORSKOLIN have been used together with eca stacks to help with fatloss.. what do you guys think about adding them to this stack? you can get both pretty cheap over at BAC
 
I've got in some ALCAR powder and some Syntrax r-ala. I don't have any other components of the stack yet, but I think I will start with these. I plan on 500 mg ALCAR and 100 mg r-ala 3 times daily. Any input? What else would be critical to add next. Oh yeah, and how does everyone take their ALCAR powder??
 
I take 200 mg of RALA with each meal. One before and one after. The half life of ALA is supposed to be 30 minutes. I would assume food takes longer than this to digest hence my reason for splitting it up.

I like to put my ALCAR powder in my ICE. But a protein shake or water would suffice. It has a strange sweet taste.
 
As has been mentioned here and on animals, ALA/ALCAR is a very solid stack in and of itself. As is CLA/green tea. ALA/ALCAR have been proven to work synergistically, while the ALA is strong enough to protect against any pro-oxiditve effects of the ALCAR by itself. That said, the full stack includes all of the above but was always being expanded upon. The initial Anarchy stack consisted only of ALA/ALCAR/CLA but with green tea's positive effects it was included while other compounds such as rhodiola, chocamine, and soon to be sesamin are simply extensions.

ALCAR powder can be taken however you want it...either just chase it down your throat with water or poor it in a beverage. Like Dito said, its kind of soury sweet.

I cant wait, im probably ordering my supply tonite,

Is it ok if i have

4g of cla with 4 meals

1g of alcar with the first 2 meals of the day then 500 mg on the third, and no more after

1g of ala in the first,fourth,and sixth meal of the day

biotin in the morning

and 800 mg of green tea with each meal

Is this ok? or will any interfere with each other?
also which ones should i take before during or after meals?
and is it ok to take arginine,glutamine,b-complex, and multivitamins during this?

You need to have the ALA with EACH meal just reduce your dose accordingly. The CLA with 4 meals will be OK but then you DEF. have to have the ALA with each meal.

Work your way up on the Alcar starting wtih 500mg with your fist 3 or 4 meals a day. Dont initially take it past 3 or 4pm as some find it hard to sleep on. Then just go up from there. The green tea is great bro @ 800mg per meal! So is the Biotin once a day. Have fun.

I take it every meal but hey, eperiment and see what works for YOU. That is always the key. I dont have ONLY protein and fat meals....

Well i have 2 days to go before my stack arrives.. I'll be using the Alcar, r-ala, cla, biotin and green tea extract... Along with san's V12.. I think i will post pics 14 days after i start my stack..
 
Sorry for asking twice but could someone who understands how this stack works read this article and see if possibly adding any of these compounds to this stack might be worthwhile....I will try and do some more research myself also....keep in mind the article is dated.

Biotin is already a part of the stack for most and CoQ1O is very good to add from a health point of view but will not likely help much with fat loss.

You do not need to take ala if the meal is only protein+fat nor do you need it with every meal, just often and spread throughout the day. While ala's half life is very short in the bloodstream, it is much longer in the mitocondria which is where it will be protecting the cell from any pro-ox effects of the ALCAR.

CoQ10 or Ibedinone work very similar to ala and some members have experimented with using it to replace ala (and the slight water retention it may cause) as part of the stack, as it too protects the mitochondria of the cells. IMO its not cost effective and the ala's effects on glucose disposal are better overall.

Key words are "has carbs". If your eating a protein/fat meal...the glucose disposal properties of the ala are unnecessary and might send one into hypo like state if they are already low blood sugar such as early in the morning. However, as you stated, it is BEST to take the ala with every carb meal as it maximizes the glucose being transported into the muscles. However, for its anti-ox properties (the primary reason it was included in the anarchy stack [just read the literature]) its half life is much longer and does not require every meal usage.
 
well my results are nothing short of amazing. I feel great, even on less sleep, stressful times and i have been a lot calmer. That's something in itself. I have a very short temper and this stuff just seems to relax me.

As for physical effects i have lost 2% bf in just one month. Haven't lost weight because, well, i dont want to!! LMAO the stack is great, it's definately going to be a long term thing

2g Biotin
1450mg green tea extract
 
I got my acetyl-l-carnitine today, in powder, i was just curios is it normal that it smells like vinegar a little??

you have mentioned the above quantity a few times now.. I am assuming you mean 2 *mg* of biotin, right? ;)

(just making sure.. I am taking one 5mg pill a day myself..)
