I think this is a great question! and wonder why it was not answered earlier.
Let's take a look at WHY grapefruit juice is recommmended to be taken with PHs. Grapefruit juice contains Dihydroxybergamottin (or DHB)
DHB is a CYP3A4 inhibitor. This means that, in basic terms, it can either increase or decrease the metabolism of drugs. It depends on what drug it is.
I cannot tell you whether creatine, natural test boosters are effected by DHB or a CYP3A4 inhibitor. Maybe one of the other members here can.
Grapefruit juice has a large amount of naturally occurring sugar, which will spike insulin and supposedly enhance the uptake of creatine.
But then again, people say not to take creatine with fruit juice as it will be converted to creatinine.
My advice? Grapefruit juice tastes good and is healthy for you. But I wouldn't expect any major improvements.
