Hi guys, i'm relatively new to the forum so here it's my question:
in August i'll stop training so i would to maintain my muscle hardness and fullness for the entire month, i'll follow a proper diet made by my personal trainer that will also suggest me if i'll have to take or not supps; so, i would also have your opinion about the fact that it'd be good or not to take some supplements (and if yes which ones) in that month or completely stop takin'em!!
I've thought to continue to use Slin-Sane/Glycobol and maybe some DAA plus DCP just to remain fuller and harder as i'm now!!
Thanks a lot!!

I'd get some bcaa's to take everyday and obviously keep protein very high so maybe buy some protein also, try to keep ur cals at maintenance level or even slightly above, u don't want to eat too many cals and gain alot of fat but u also want to each enough to not be losing weight

@bamski: just stopping coz august here in Italy means total holidays, that's why for me will be hard to find an opened gym :)
I'll also stop coz i'll go holidays for 2 weeks so it'll be really hard to have a training session on the beach...

The entire country just goes on vacation for a month?

I would suggest you get yourself a cheap Iron gym doorway pull up bars that doubles for dips and what not. Stick with body weight exercises for that month. You can find the cheap pull up bars in places like TJMAxx and Ross (not sure if you have them out there or not)

As far as keeping protein high I would agree to a point , but honestly you can likely get what you need from whole foods since you wont be tearing down fibers as normal for the month so the extra protein through supplementation for rebuild is likely not needed (Just my .02)

In regard to the glycobol are you doing this with your breakfast? If so I would suggest saving it for your lunch and dinner meals , but once again that is just me. I figure the body has a natural insulin experience after your sleep period so to me Glycobol is wasted for the first meal of the day.

Mostly enjoy the time off and let the body do a full recovery. A month is an awful long time...expect to see some significant stregth loss , but you should bounce back quickly I am sure.

@antihero: lol no, just don't wanna drive for 30mins to reach a gym and train when it's 40°C!! :)
@rebel: thanks bro, anyway i'm usign glyco with lunch and slinsane with breakfast with awesome results, mb should continue with this?? I was also thinkin'about a 3-4 weeks recovery, but i wouldn't lose too much from that stop, that's why i've asked if i'd have to take something except food during the rest period!!

haha to me.. total holiday = FOOD! :D

Look into adding Test Powder and Compound 20. Test Powder has DAA and Agmatine . Compound 20 will keep your muscles looking full and hard. C20 also has some muscle preserving properties.

If it is working than I would say stay with it.

If I take 2 weeks off I regress on overall PR's so 4 weeks I would expect more regression, but i am old lol.
