ive only done it once, and to this day im still terrified im going to do it again. oh and that looks like arterial blood. to bright to be venous. id imagine you nicked a tiny artery close to the skin.

Quite possible took some time to stop.
 
i know arterial blood when i see it. that explains the quantity and the amount of time it bled. they are very small usually and pretty hard to hit. veins are big and easy to hit. so take pride not many people are good enough to nab one

1 chicken breast
Can of tuna
1 cup lentils
2 radishes
1 can low sodium v8

Dinnerish
16 oz lean steak
1 cup brown rice
1 cup brocoli

Pre-bed meal
Casein shake
1/4 cup almonds
2g fishoil

Also a protein shake post workout and some BCAAs before
 
Im diggin your split man. Im currently doing a 3 on 1 off, 3 on 2 off split but it needs a little more variation. I like your A and B schedule. I think Im gonna try incorporating something like what you have going on there. Solid log bro.

Today's workout

Chin ups 4x10 with 25lb plate added
T-bar rows 4x10 160lb plus what ever the bar is
Bent over rows 3x10 1x8 225lbs
Croc rows 4x20 100lbs each hand
Shrugs 4x10 365lbs had to use straps on this one
Face pulls 4x10 maxed out the machine so I tried to just have 5 second contractions per pull
Bent over laterals 3x12 1x10 35lbs

Preacher curls 4x10 95lbs
Hammer curls 3x10 1x7 35lbs each hand.

Diet so far

Breakfast
6oz steak
4 eggs
1/8 cup feta
1/8 onion
2g fishoil

2hr later
1/4 cup almonds
1 large apple
small protein shake

Lunch
1lb of chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup brocoli
1 tsp grape seed oil

Post workout
Brotein shake
2g fishoil

Dinner
1lb of steak
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup Sauerkraut
1 tsp grape seed oil

And I am thinking a nice casein shake with a handful of almonds before bed.

On top of this I have consumed about 1.25 gallons of water trying to stay at 1.5 gallons a day

Calve press 400 4x10
Donkey calf raises 135lbs 4x10 <-- used a dip belt.

Walking is now a bit difficult.

Light deadlifts 245 4x10 (leg day tomorrow)
Shrugs 315 4x10
Hammer pulldowns 124 per arm 4x10
Cable rows: 190 4x10
Standing dumbbell rows: 70's 4x10
t-bar rows: 135 4x10
Cable pullovers "75lbs" 4x10
Reverse flyes: 145 4x10
Preacher curls: 95lbs 4x10
Bicep dumbbell holds: 35's 30 seconds, 20 second, 15 seconds

Sorry about the wait on my lifts I have been lifting but really busy.
This morning I did a quick traps, rear delts and biceps workout.

BB Shrugs 315x10,10,10,8
Hammer curls 45lbs 4x10
Bicep preacher machine (not sure on weight) 4x10 each arm then 2 drop sets
Bent over laterals 25x10, 30x10, 35x9, 35x8
DB shrug holds, 75lbs 4x1minute then a 1 minute stretch at the bottom and repeat.

No pain, no gain, my goal is to gain so my pain is my pleasure.

My PCT starts on wednesday. I will post pics when it is over and that way I can see how much I kept.
 
Second workout of the day
Legs
Squats 265x10,10,10,8 The last set I felt my left calf start to do a very bad thing
Leg press: 720+sled 4x10
Leg extensions 225 4x10
That was it because the rest would have put a bit more pressure on my calf then I wanted
 
Day two of PCT

The only down side to liquid RCs is the taste is less than desirable. It tastes like a combination of booze, latex gloves and that time I accidentally got sunscreen in my mouth.

Ha I put mine in a shot glass with a little splash of juice and swirl it around before I drink it. Can't even taste it.

Mine was a shot with 3ml of RC topped with monster. The monster didn't cut the taste that much.

All in all an iron clad maniac pct. Might throw in some DAA for ****s and giggles as well.
 
Crazy back day today. Oh my god was it intense, I took two scoops of forged pre-workout and ****gotreal.
Pullday
Deadlifts 275x10, 315x10, 365x8
Pull ups I did around 10 each set with static holds and chin touches back and forth between my hands and circle pull ups. Needless to say I looked like a pimp..... 4 sets
Shrugs 315 4x10
Hammer pulldowns: 135 per arm 4x10 had to have my partner shove me into the seat because apparently I am lighter than that.
Wide grip seated cable rows 190, 4x10
DB bench rows: 90lbs per arm 4x10
Face pulls maxed out the machine 4x10 with 5 seconds of contracted holds after each rep
Bent over laterals 35x10, 40x10, 45x10
Preacher curls: 100lbs 3x10 then 12 forced negatives trying to get around 5 seconds a drop.

Current weigh in 212lbs.

PCT is going amazingly.
 
One thing I dont think I mentioned is that I dont use a belt or straps.

Was going to do more but my lower back was a bit sore from heavy deadlifts yesterday.

1 scoop nitro core 24 post workout

Forged pre-workout 30min before workout


Debating throwing in clen for the last bit of pct for ****s and giggles to just lean out just a smidge.

It is a bit on an antiquated pct. However I am one of those weird people who responds obscenely well to clomid, I only get sides at outlandish dosages of around 150mg ed.

I am trying this pct out for the first time after people who are smarter than me on other boards recommended it. I will see how it works out, so far this is the smoothest pct I have had to date, my strength is still through the roof.

Yeah we all act differently towards different compounds. I saw one of the more respected members of this forum a while back said his sides were to much after 50mg.

I wish there was a video of me at 150mg daily. I was like a menopausal, 13 year old girl with vision impairments.
