hyper drol is very very different from d-drol, do you know what you are doing? i hope you cycle support or some other kind of good liver support lined up. hows your PCT?

At 20 something% bf you should not be messing with steriods get your diet in check train hard get your bf% to 15% and under then consider it after doing alot of research. If you decide to run it anyways you need to run supports supps on cycle and for this compound 3 methyls i believe yo need to have a very good pct or your asking for trouble good luck:cheers:

What would be a good PCT to use?

if this is a question that you're asking then you need to start doing a ton of research before you consider taking this product.

I also agree with pembroke, you obviously haven't been training long enough to be considering PH/PS's! if you're at 20 something % BF then you have a long way to go before you need a product like this.

actually its 2 methyls..... in other words it's not something to be taken lightly u need to know what you are getting into and what side effect to expect (that way you know when to stop if any problems arise)....going off every other product with the same compounds i would suggest it's 10mg superdrol, 15 phera-plex and 27mg fingenix... i wouldn't sugest high dosages either as it is a pretty harsh mix maybe half reccomended dose ...
The original creators of these compounds recommend super and phera as a stack (for advance users).... and they also state because of legality of serm's, pct could be done with rebound xt and lean extreme byt tapering off.... however a serm is obviously the best option by far.

You really should do your own research man or talk to someone who has actually used this product or even one of the individual compounds...or maybe your could try one of the individual compounds before having a big stack? time is better spent banging your head against a wall insted of asking SOME of these guys for advice on a subject they have no real expereince in......

good advice!

stop crying because people on this forum told you that you weren't ready for steroids and that you needed to get your training and nutrition in order before you considered D-Drol.

anyway back to real advice.... things like this are what you should be reading up on...

go away delso you have no idea what your talking about and ur ruining way too many threads.... its your choice not to take these supplements and it's unfair that ur giving your biased oppinion as advice... it's far more effective giving people the information they need or ASKED FOR to make their own decissions... some people did actually get an education and can make up their own minds.

That said i do agree a certain level training needs to be attained before seeking assistance...IF you have little knowledge on training and nutrition then a good idea would be to spend at least 12 weeks focusing on diet training and correct form. (in this 12 weeks you will form a good base to start and you should also be able to drop any excess bodyfat). after this, provided you have a good understanding of what your getting into go for it! just be safe and don't do silly things that could ruin your health in the long term... if you give youself 6 months to achieve goals you should be set, just be paitient, train hard and don't lose focus.

Ezza, maybe you're on the wrong forum! the headline here is "Learn, Teach, Lead", not give irresponsible advice! I think the people on here do what they can to give others sound advice and to promote them doing everything they can naturally; and to only use these products once they are ready and FULLY understand what they are doing.

there are new people on here every day asking about these products without even realizing they're steroids, there are kids on here asking about doing cycles, there are others who have no idea what they are doing and think that just by popping these pills that they are going to get into shape...because they are trying to supplement their lack of dedication with a pill.

You said it yourself in another thread; you lack the dedication to train for more than a few months at a time...wonder why you're 6'1" and less than 150 pounds?!?!?!? it's obvious that you're not putting the effort in...obviously you fit into the latter category above: you're looking for a pill to supplement your lack of dedication and hard work.

I don't know about everyone else here, but that's not a mentality that I support.

delso i agree with some of your points.... people really do need to do their research and know wat they are getting into... but i'm certified trainer with over 5 years of experience in training and sports ranging from taekwondoe to olympic weightlifting(and a lot in between)..... from wat i know ur 28 with 1 year experience soley on lifting weights..... and you gave me the same advice.......so get your hand off it... i think we need to stay away from eachother from now on this is starting to get nasty
