Thoughts
I am not sore, but I slept in this morning, it was an off day anyway. I'm tired! :yawn: Nothing new to report, not really noticing anything dramatic to rave about still. I have only been taking it ~30min pre meals.. with MP I think it is recommended to take after meals... would it make much of a difference? I also noticed a couple of spoilt caps, I think they are from the bottom of the bottle, though.
Anyway Methinks I need to start using some of these smilies soon :head: :lol: lmao this is my favourite ==> :rant:
