She did a great job.
 
Almost done with PCT. Feeling really good. Down to about 211-212 and -~1%bf. Slowly decreasing cals and tweaking diet for fat burnage. Eating less, but haven't loss any strength which is always encouraging. ?

Chest and Shoulders focus tonight. I'm transitioning into a more cardio intensive system: I'll be doing some P90X cardio stuff, workouts from insanity, a heavy weight training day, and a hypertrophy training day. Alternating the heavy and hypertrophy muscle groups.

Adding a fasted cardio morning day, too. We'll see how that goes...
 
Some back and shoulders progress pics. Definitely need to work on the delts and lats.
