Aaron is Getting Jack3d thx to PES & USPLabs!

Update:

Came home had my dinner along with 2 caps of c20, 3 caps of Prime ;) & my erase pro.

Cleaned a bit then went to the gym again for some cardio on the stair master...

Did 184 Floors, 30 minutes, roughly 3.5 miles on Fat Burner level 17 (if I remember correctly) and then dropped to level 14 for the last 7 minutes... For around 430 calories burned...

Now just have to do this after each work out maybe... we will see how that goes....

Now that I fixed that sh1t, seeing a definite improvement, thanks to everything I've been reading on here. And oh yeah pb banana sandwich sounds good right now...

I tried that at the end of my bi work out... I think I needed to up the weight though cause I think the weight I used I was getting the 7 sets of 8 reps way too easy... I'll got at it again next time...

Yea I use a weight I can get 12 with and do sets of 12 until I reach 8. Then I dropped the weight if needed to remain in 8-12 range. Ie:

Lateral raise machine:
40x12
40x12
40x12
40x10
40x8 barely*
30x12
30x10

Still following your log. One thing I noticed about you is you seem to get frustrated quickly with one routine and then switch to another. You have to have patience. I can be guilty of the same thing but its more diet related for me. When I'm eating for mass I sometimes feel like a fat ass. Then I end up going back to fat loss and lowering calories too much. Then I feel frail and end up going back the other way....Not this time though. This time I'm only lowering the calories just enough....

Not trying to nit pick, and I'm showing you I have had the same issue, just in a different way. So keep at it!.

Thx T-Bone, first off you are following my log in all honest is a plus for me.
You are right I'm guilty of that cause one day I'm looking in the mirror and like this is nice, the next day I'm like not so much.

Mind u I came off AndroMass about 2 months ago now so I was looking mighty swole @ that point and weight is holding steady, just look a lot smaller know so I'm trying to find that balance between the routines and you're right going back & forth won't help me achieve anything.

Thx for your feedback

Day 16:

Not any major changes to note, just acne popping up everywhere.
Been killing 1 or 2 muscle groups a day and been eating and resting & will continue on with cardio. Seems that will help a lot with energy and shedding body fat; will also watch what I'm eating. Hit shoulders and triceps tonight I did more work on shoulders, so I may have to throw some triceps in by this weekend.

Over-all everything is running smoothly at the moment.

Day 17:

Hit legs tonight...
Enjoyed it, planned to hit squats but every time I went to go do it someone was there... So I hit leg press for 10 sets starting at 5 reps all the way down to 25 reps. Leg curls along with leg extensions and also 1 set of walking lunges followed by trying to beat the calves up. Then I got on the stairmaster level 7 for 20 minutes to finish off the work out.

13 more days to go on the stack.

Stepped on the scale today 192lbs but that was after my work out.

Been eating better the last couple days. Vascularity had picked up for me along with and I feel tighter buy still look pretty swole. No huge changes except thirst has went down. Seems like all the c20 sides start in the first week then it subsides.

Day 18:

Been eating a lot of beef and keeping diet on point for the most part.
Today I went in for back & I got it pumped for sure... No agmatine on back days. :)
I have not done dead lifts in for ever so today I went in to hit it with those and various other back exercises. Kept the max weight on deads @ 295. A 2 hour nap b4 the work out helped too.
Still doing cardio but today I only did 15 minutes of it.
Took jack3d b4 the work out still @ 1 scoop of that and dosing my c20 as well. No major updates except it seems my weight is holding and pants are fitting loser no bloat as well anymore!

Eating better & cardio along with the solid lifting plan is what's going to drive results.

Pretty satisfied at this point.

Good to hear your liking the results man, and that diet is still on point. I had a rough weekend of drinking and celebrating.... Have to work my ass off to catch back up to where I was Friday.

Let's hope, actually noticed the mirror doesn't show much change at all. Alcohol may have dried me out a bit. Time for the gym!

I'm about to go old school and add in more squats and dead lifts into my routines, still going to do the accessory exercises but compounds just seem so legit to me right now.

Good idea. I like to start off my workouts with compound lifts. It wouldn't feel right not having them in my routine.

Yup.

So considering a handful of us are around 18 days in, I wonder if they will send us at least another bottle of c20.... For an 8 week run?

I actually started looking into this today because I was gonna grab some more if not. I'll let you know what I hear back.

Say forget a lot of sups this summer though... Been on "something" for a while

Just steak, potatos, broccoli, & some lifting.... Just going to keep it old fashioned.

I'll be off everything except a few staples after this stack. I rarely use anything else and it works just fine.

Edit: good diet and hard work are tough to beat.

Honestly I only see them following a few logs and don't think they had the intention to do so, oh well they got good logs out of it and it was nice to try the products for sure.

The companies didn't really harp on logs, the "winners" did....

So I dunno...

No the companies did however make an offer of extended logs if they were put up by a certain date and product specific... Which is very confusing to see there absence and unresponsiveness. More confused.. No sweat loss here though I'll kill whatever I chose to do. :-)

True....

Hey Aaron I just started my new training program a few weeks ago it's pretty killer my split is
Chest tris
Back bis
Off
Legs shoulders
Arms
Off
Off
I make sure on arms day the exercises are way different then the ones I do on chest and tri day and back n bi day....also every 4 weeks I switch out my arm day for a chest/back day it's pretty sick so far but everyone is different just figured of you get bored with your split you can try it bro!!!!

Thx man. I nailed a routine now that I like.

Chest & BIs
Legs
Shoulder & TRIs
Back

Then I add in cardio as I see fit. I'm also going to be incorporating squats & deads in my routine.
That 4 muscle groups a day 5 sets of 15 reps was not for me @ the moment. Watching my cals & cardio are key at this point.

Thx for the info, although I was bringing this up in past post you do arms twice a week, some people see better growth doing arms less & others say volume is the key. What is your (or any1s) take on the matter?

My first few years lifting I did arms once and week and Rey grew great but after a few years of training it's to the point where they hardly grow unless I do them a little bit more so twice a week 4 on them 4 off seems to be the key for me

Yeah I have to figure out if high volume or low volume works 4 me.

AaronJP1 said:

How about a phat program ... Power/ hypertrophy

Upper power (compounds for 5x5)
Lower power
Off/cardio
Upper hyper (compounds and isos 3x8-12 plus some supersets)
Lower hyper

Yeah I have to figure out if high volume or low volume works 4 me.

Find out which type of muscle you have, fast twitch or slow

Try doing a move with 80% of your 1 rep max, if you can do
4 - 7 most of your muscle should be fast twitch
10 should be something in between
12 - 15 should be slow twitch

Best training for fast twitch muscles is low volume high weight and the opposite for slow twitch

Yeah see I've grown, no I need new methods to grow....

& I have to see if heavy or light suites me.... Only problem with all this is I don't feel like waiting. :)

I'm mostly type 2 muscle fiber and I got much better results from training with 5x5 than the traditional 3x10

Jonbero said:

Word...
I feel the same way that's why I'm hit the squats and deads man. Going go old school traditional style for that mass...

Jonbero said:

I did to for a few years then it just got to slow I guess so I switched it up and it's like noob gains again I love it lol

Day 19:

Off day... 'Nuff said :)

I did to for a few years then it just got to slow I guess so I switched it up and it's like noob gains again I love it lol

If you did 5x5 for a few years in a row its probably because your muscles got used to training like that.

I change my routine every 4 weeks, I basically do 2 types of routines 5x5 and Powerbuilding which is a mix of strength training and hypertrophy.

Day 20:

Weight is 192.4

Once diet has gotten better, I feel way leaner, way less bloated and I'm not holding obsence amounts of water either. Diet & cardio got me feeling good! Now if I could just stay in the 190 range & melt body fat in the next 6 months this would be legit! Think I'm going to up the ante on cardio and go in on 1 of my off days and try & get 30-45 minutes. I've been doing 20-30 minutes after my work outs.
Recomp is the magic word here & seems to finally be progressing in the right direction.

Glad to hear it, man. Diet is pretty important. So, glad to hear you're on track with that. Keep up the good work!

Yeah especially when I was like 195-198.... But bloated, I'm sure all that I lost was water weight & fat I hope
