A small "I'm broke but still want those gains" game

For funsies, let's play a small game, the rules are simple.

It is a beginning of the month,fresh start,your gym routine is still in action,but your supps ran out, you got three options here:
1. This month you start your bulk(compose a stack for bulking)
2. This month you start your cut(compose a stack for cutting)
3. Nothing changes,you proceed with the usual workout routine(proceed with staples)

BUT,this month you are somewhat broke.
You can only spend 100 dollars on a desired stack(if you really can't you can ask your significant other politely for another 30,lol) but preferably you are limited to 100-105 dollars(105 because not many products cost exactly 20,or 25,or 50 bucks)

Note: Your whey powder, fish oil and multi are already covered and are not a part of the 100 buck limitation.

Note #2: Try and go for a stack that would last longer than 1 month

The idea here is to either pick one of the three and list the products you would take and state why,or pick all three and go ham. Another idea behind this thread is - if any of the newcomers would come in,they got a limited budget and are lost, they can look at the option that the respected users of AM would go for in a certain scenario, personally I would find that helpful, hope someone else as well.
Another reason is that I've seen some crazy amount of staples some AMers run, and it is very interesting what you guys would sacrifice and what would continue using no matter what.

I myself may start,but am pretty new to the supplements that are a "luxury" compared to your casual whey and pre,but still

OL always has sales going on but I'm about to start Str3ngth unleashed and Ep1c unleashed by OL. Got mine during one of the sales. 2 bottles of each for a total of around 120. I'm gonna use it for a lean bulk. Not gonna wanna put on much fat at all for summer. I love Tr1umph tho.

Easy thread, haha. Also nowhere near the 100$ limit. A lot of supplements are huge luxuries and mostly for "fun".
 
This technically might not count but:

Mk677
Huperzine a
Green tea extract
Horny goat weed
Melatonan

I would do this for bulk or cut

Huperzine200mcg 3 times a day, with green tea and hgw.

10mg melatonan before bed

On bulk: mk677 25mg ed
On cut : mk677 12.5 to 25 depending on bloating

Pretty much can all be bought for around 70-80 and would be more effective than anything else i can think of. At cut dose mk would last up to two months.

I would take X Gels+PA on a bulk.
 
I think you guys didn't quite catch me here, it's not me who is getting a stack ready(mine is on the way and is waay over the 100 bucks limit,lol,gotta try them all right?) It's a simple thread for fun to see what you would personally run in this scenario
 
Regardless of cut or bulk I would get:

Bulk creatine monohydrate 1kg (5g/day)=$15.00 for 200 days
Bulk beta-alanine 1 kg (4g/day split into two doses)=$32.00 for 250 days
KSM-66 500 mg 90 caps=$15.00 for 90 days
Caffeine powder=$8.00 for 400 workouts at 250 mg/dose
Synephrine=$4.00 for 100 workouts at 50 mg/dose.

If cutting add Forskolin 95 at $26.00. If bulking add a couple tubs of soy lecithin for about $26.00.

muscleupcrohn hmb actually useful?
I maintain that it is conditionally beneficial. It's not something that's going to really inherently lead to increased progress/gains regardless of specific training protocol (something like PA would be a more "univerally" or generally useful supplement IMO), but it can certainly lead to better progress when used correctly. It works best, IMO, during times of "overreaching" (in my experience, this would be something like hitting each muscle group with decent volume 3x per week), where it allows me to recover between these workouts with only a day or two of rest. This means that I can essentially get more volume per session, and, more importantly, another session, for each muscle group in per week. In my experience, this leads to increased strength and size gains, especially when I focus on increasing the weight lifted each workout; doing this 3x per week instead of 2 is nice. I definitely notice that I'm not as sore when using HMB, and also that I can regularly have great workouts with only 1 day of rest since working that muscle group last. So, I'd say that if you just take HMB and don't adapt your training routine (either adding volume, frequency, or both), it's probably not going to do much and probably isn't worth the money, but if you're able to increase volume and/or frequency, I think it's very useful.
