A science question

When u mix casien with your regular whey protien, does this inhibit the regular whey from breaking down in ones body quickly or does the whey still break down at the same rate, as if it were no casien... I really need to know this because for the longest time ive been doing the 2 scoops whey iso and 1 scoop casien combo for my shakes, and if the casein is not allowing the whey to break down quickly like its supposed to then i will stop.

Whey is a fast protein. Casein is a slow protein. Together, they would ensure a sustained supply of proteins in your system. They do not inhibit each other.

so when mixed together, the whey will break down quickly and the casien will break down slowly right? Ex. the whey doesnt make the casein break down to quickly, the casien doesnt make the whey break down to slowly... SOrry just want to be really sure here

Right.

I like whey isolate with hydro whey isolate and pepto hydro and casein isolate so you get even faster speeds.
