How far into your cycle are you? I hope the Epiandro helps, but if Dma is running Test and feeling it, I can't imagine Epiandro will help. It may be that chronic dosing of Rad leads to lethargy independent of shutdown after so many weeks. I'm curious at to when you both started feeling it, as we are among the first to cycle this compound, this may be important.

Started creeping on me last week. Week 4
 
I'm on my 4th week, I don't seems to be helping so far! I was planning on running it another four weeks but who knows, I'm running 300 mg epiandro and might kick it up to 400-500, still fee the need to have caffeine multiple times throughout the day

So all 3 of us noticed unexplained lethargy in week 4 of RAD-140 cycling, hmm... With or without a Test base. That is very interesting, it has to be working by some mechanism other than suppression, the typical scapegoat for on-cycle lethargy. Otherwise Dma wouldn't feel it at all. I'm chalking this one up to more than just a coincidence, guys.

I've had coffee and an energy drink, will have to pick up something before I hit up football practice at four, at least I'm not the only one having issues

I just hope this is the worst of it.

I woke up yesterday morning about 5 minutes after my alarm (supposedly) went off. Like WTF, did my alarm go off?? Didn't hear it, know it went off, or anything. Thought it was broken. Wife woke up with me asked what was wrong. I said, I think my alarm is broken, it didn't go off. Dead to the world man.

Oh man, I completely relate. I have a 12-hour shift I have to work today, I can't afford to be a zombie. I need something stronger. I didn't want to dip into my ECA/Albuterol stash until PCT, but I may not have a choice.

Damn, dude. This is almost verbatim what I've experienced 3 days in a row now. The alarm might as well not even go off. And when I do finally sit up, the urge to lay back down and keep sleeping is STRONG. Nothing in the studies showed any effect of GH or anything I might attribute to possible increased lethargy... And it's not shutdown/suppression in your case...
 
Interesting to see how my next two weeks go. I will keep pushing with 12 mg and epiandro, I'm hoping my body is just adapting or I'm just more shut down than I've ever been, still doing okay with the lady so that's not an issue at least

Totally. I mean all the other aspects of my Test being g2g are there. Wife looks at me sideways, it's go time!!

After the initial quick jump of 5 lbs. it has slowed to around a pound a week. Which is ok. Currently around 8-10 up from the start. Noticed improvements in a couple areas of focus. Not quite as lean, but everything is firm and solid. The hardening from this is undeniable.
 
Lethargy is the worst thing... I ran dbol for my last cycle for 3 weeks... Had to stop, couldn't cope with the last week.

You know what's crazy is that I've ran Tbol, DMZ twice, Epistane, Msten twice, some with Test, some with Dermacrine, some without a base. And never had lethargy from any of them. This is my first time dealing with it, and it sucks ass. But I will push through. Small price to pay.

I saw a 9lbs jump in week 1, stayed there for the past 5 weeks, but with considerable recomping going on. I went from 185 to 194 in 7 days, been 194 ever since, but look leaner each day.
 
I'm up 5-6lbs, not a huge change in recomp, but I'm doing more strength based workouts, strength has def been up!
 
I got a taste of lethargy myself while on cycle with Epi/Halo, only a couple days. Now in PCT I already feel it hitting full on. It's beyond comprehension. My biggest motivation to get out of bed right now is knowing if I don't start the day, I won't have food for when I go to work.
I know for myself, coffee would just exacerbate the situation. Think I may pick up some Alphamine so I feel good when I wake up.

I liked Alphamine as a PWO. Didn't really work for the fat loss/appetite suppressant. But a hell of a PWO addition.

After my 30 minute nap just now, and now my 4th cup of coffee for the day I have to do something. Will try the Clen tomorrow. 20mcg PWO, then another 20 mid-morning to see how that does.

I will say the days I workout in the morning and get a good preworkout in the AM and a workout seems to help me get past being tired throughout the day

Okay gentlemen, I think one of you should invest in a Blood Sugar Tester.

Here is why I say that.

1) Massive gains in week 1 can only be explained by an uncanny ability to store more glycogen.
2) When glut 4 or 12 is active big time like say a lot of IGF you can go hypo very easily.
3) The massive gains stop in the 1st week and then a gradual re-hardening occurs, could be explained by sudden extreme insulin sensitivity, followed by a major boost in glycogen retention resulting in full muscles and consistently lower blood sugar which equals fat loss, IE recomp.

I believe from what we are seeing here and the descriptions of how you all are feeling that possibly there is something about RAD that increases glucose transport. I don't know if this is by insulin sensitivity, or it activating Glut-4 and Glut-12 in the muscle without needing to exercise to activate them. However my suspicions are that this is blood sugar related lethargy.

You all are taking a lot of stims and none of them are denting it. That is not normal and I do not believe CNS stimulation will be the proper method to try to counter the lethargy. I could be completely wrong but if one of you is really curious a blood sugar tester would help answer it. Can also be used in monitoring how you respond to carb loads and what not later down the line.

If one were to test their blood sugar, what would we look for? What should diet look like leading up to the test? And when should a test be taken?

Well in a 8 hour fasted state your blood sugar should be about 70-99, and typically around 140 a couple hours after a meal. I would test while in a low period when feeling groggy and discombobulated. This is when I think it will be below 70 which 70 is the cut off for low blood sugar so anything below that is low. Some people have lower normally too and show no signs of lethargy. So it can be personal. For you 70 might make you feel hypo, or 60 even 80 might. Yet if below 70 and you feel the way you do I think you probably found your problem.

However on the same note say you ate 2 hours ago and your blood sugar was 100 then that would be considered low for how long it was after eating. That would tell you that you are clearing blood sugar at a much faster rate than normal. If you are returning to fasted or almost to fasted levels in between meals again that would tell you that you are clearing blood sugar very quickly.

Most are a finger prick and a drop of blood on a glucose stick and you can carry it with you to check through out the day. Would aso be a great way to test any GDA's to see if they are indeed helping keep blood sugar lower and more stable.

If in fact this is happening. Is there a way to mitigate it through diet? And is it a good thing, lethargy aside?
 
My blood sugar is normal, I had pre-diabetic tendencies when I was obese, I monitor my blood sugar. Nothings changed there. Diet has been the exact same as well, 2150 cal, 45% Pro, 35% Fat, 20% Carb. Hasn't changed during the time I've been on Rad, I eat the exact same foods, prepared the exact same way each day. All that's changed is I'm feeling lethargy upon awakening, and I feel more tired throughout the day. But what I eat, supplement, do, it's all the same as it had been. For 3 guys to be experiencing lethargy in week 4 of Rad, all 3 at different dosages (Myself 8mg, YouBet 12mg, Dma 16mg), all 3 with different 'test bases' (Myself none, YouBet EpiAndro, Dma Test). It sure seems like it's something related to the compound, and it's not suppression or shutdown, and it doesn't appear to be blood sugar in my case at least...

Very true, that's a lot of carbs. I'd be as big as a house on that, water retention like crazy.
 
Maybe this will end up being a short run cycle thing if everybody is feeling lethargy around week 4, especially if gains have stalled?

Man, I can only dream about 400g carbs lol. Once a week I blow that much on my treat meal but I just can't do that or I get fat :(
