A RAD sponsored log feat. Olympus UK's Radar1ne

Comparatively speaking the pumps on 30mg Osta was superior. But that's all. Endurance about the same. Vascularity the same throughout the day look full and pumped. Strength is leaning toward the RAD. And growth is undoubtedly the RAD is superior. Also with the RAD the nutrient partitioning seems unreal. High carbs and calories go to nothing but good places!! Feel like I could eat 5500 a day right now.
hmmm may have to do an 8-12 week rad LGD bridge cycle to compare the two...

Smashed 5100 calories yesterday. Filled up with a shake, 1 and a half PB sandwiches, and a bowl of cereal with whole milk before I hit the sack for 9 hours of sleep. With the assistance of my prescribed sleep med.

It is a rest day. Woke up still freaking full and groggy and a bit bloated. But I'm okay with it. I know it will run through me as the day goes and I'll sweat it out tomorrow morning anyways. Hopefully some of it sticks. Not sure I could stand to eat 5000+ a day on the regular.

In studies I have read it is quoted that RAD is more anabolic than testosterone, obviously test is a stronger compound than LGD.

So from my understanding LGD is weaker than RAD, I haven't seen a direct comparison between LGD & RAD though.

I would doubt LGD even comes close to the strength and properties of RAD.

However I may be wrong.

I think your conclusions may be a bit off, yet I see the logic you are using. Even Osta is more anabolic than Testosterone. That is why people see gains at 140mg a week when they would not typically see much of anything running 140mg of test a week. I am not stating that RAD is stronger than LGD or Visa Versa but from what I have seen so far, all currently released SARMS are stronger anabolics than Testosterone mg per mg which is how the comparison is done. Don't get me wrong you can take a hell of a lot of test and grow like nobodies business. However the strengths and ratios are based off of a mg per mg comparison, and not how much someone can gain in a cycle off using it.

I have a feeling RAD is going to be stronger than LGD, but by how much, that remains to be seen.

I am also curious if SARMS just continue to get better with higher doses like gear, or is there a saturation point at which adding does nothing more. As far as I know that has not been truly tested.

Ahhhhhhh good! I hate using peoples screen names when I know their real name, unless it is an easy name like mine. LOL Kleen is easy to type and refer to someone as. LOL I still have people call me Kleen on my facebook regularly. Then again it isn't an uncool nick name either. :)

Looks like you may have to add in some more peanut butter. An easy way for me to get 5000+ calories is pizza, mcdoubles, and pretzels and peanut butter throughout the day. Lol

Definitely a cool nick name Kleen. When I started my account here I just used my typical username that I use for other stuff. Didn't think it would be my screen name/profile name.

More PB would start to be cost ineffective!! In those 5100 cals there was 222g of fat thanks to 4 servings of PB and 4 servings of these bomb ass sea salted almonds from Costco. Can't stop eating those things.

Everyone thinks that many kcal sounds fun until you actually have to shovel them all down. If everyone on here who wanted gain was as meticulous as you dma the board would have alot more swoll members

Honestly, if we're talking eating clean, that many kcal would make me sick! I get sickly full eating 2200 kcal clean!

As for clean, I am pretty clean Mon-Fri. Weekends I'll throw in whatever. But weekdays is mostly prepped food and meals. Dinner is at least sensible. The worst thing that calories come from during the week is a sugary cereal and butter in my oatmeal.

Just to give an idea of what I eat the most, these things rotate day to day:

Breakfast - cottage cheese, bananas, eggs w/ ground turkey and shredded cheese, protein powder w/ oats, make smoothies on the weekends

Lunch - soup and/or sandwiches, fresh veggies, a fruit, nuts, ground turkey, brown rice

Dinner - whatever we make at the house, never out of this world unhealthy. But many nights we fend for ourselves and I'll do more turkey, rice and chicken

Snacks - grilled chicken, sweet potatoes w/ PB Baby!!, oats w/ protein and PB, cereals, PB sandwiches, nuts

So I just eat this shiit over and over. High in protein, fat, and carbs.
 
Can't stay away form that butter in my oatmeal , I've started using little bit of coconut oil instead . Try it out tell me what you think!
 
I love that you are basically doing 3 squares a day and rocking out. I get so tired of people saying you have to do 4-8 meals a day to gain size or remain lean. Everyone has fallen victim to the meal frequency hype.

Well I should note my 2 snacks are basically meals. I eat 5 meals per day. Check out the totals.

Right?!! I mean, if you're going to eat 5000 calories, might as well enjoy them!!

Lol I could never bulk on only clean calories. In fact I'm about to get eat a whole pizza.. But I don't consider pizza to be really unclean, just delicious.

Great pizza here in Montana. Just expensive. Feels much better in the gut than Dominoes or Pizza Hut.

Lava cakes from Dominoes are out of this world though.

The best chicken and fajita steak marinade I've had has been half lime juice and half soy sauce. I could eat that chicken all day every day.

Can wrap everything from chili con carne to Godon blue, just wrap'ed a cheeseburger the other day :)

Great!! I'm a little upset I didn't get a pic of dessert for you guys last night. I'll have some more of it tonight...fuuk it was good.

219.4lbs. this morning even after only hitting 3700 cals on my day off. Nice and full, time to go expel some glycogen!!!
 
Damn it! after reading this I will have to go eat some breakfast now.
 
Great Shoulder focused workout. PRed on DB Shoulder Presses. Got the 95's for 5 clean reps. Alternated between heavy and hyper trophy moves. Finished with 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of moderate inclined walking. After just a couple stretching sessions flexibility is coming back a little.
 
I didn't really set a goal weight for this cycle other than maybe 5 lbs. Well I've surpassed that and figured I'll put a specific goal in place. Weight has appeared to have stabilized around 217-219, which is already 5-7 gained. I'm going to push my goal to 224. And I have 6 weeks to get it.

Side note, I'm experiencing more joint pain mainly in the elbows, than I ever have. BB Curls are super painful and I'll probably stop doing them. I need more support if the weight is going to be heavy.
