Ok so change of events today...
First off I'm bumping to 12mg.
Second, I just did a maniac Push Hypertrophy workout.
mixedup the pump was straight euphoria today. BUT...it was a combination of things. I worked out totally carbed up. That's what forced me to the gym. Ate a couple donuts and the guilt told me to maximize that. Went ahead and piled 2 cups of brown rice on top of that, 1 scoop Conqu3r Stim version, 1 scoop Hypermax, and 1.5 servings of MusclePharm Assault.
I was flying high after about 3 sets of Incline Bench.
7 x 10 Incline BB
3 x Incline DB / Incline Fly Super Set
8 x 10 BW Dips
5 x 10 HS Shoulder Press
3 x DB Shoul Press / Tricep Kickback Super Set
4 x Cable Crossover / Single Arm Tricep Pushdown Super Set
25 minutes Incline jog
Definitely a difference from the morning fasted sessions.
