A little hope for M1t: My cycle

Well after reading countless articles on why i shouldnt be taking m1t because of its awful side effects, i broke down and ran a cycle. First of all, i have taken a few phs in the past including 1ad, 1test, and m4ohn. I guess im a pretty good example of a low responder because i never gained too much on my previous cycles. I started out at 10mg/day and the only side effect to note was restless sleep for the first 4-5 days. I didnt see much of strength gains till after the first week. I gained a solid 20lbs on deadlift, 20-30lbs on bench, and around 50lbs on squats. After week two, i upped my dose to 15mgs/day. After just about finishing out my last week, my lifts increased a bit more, but nothing major.

The point here is that ive gotten none of the other side effects usually associated with m1t. Maybe a little extra back acne, but that is about it. Im posting this for informational purposes, mostly for those of you who have never tried m1t and have heard nothing but bad things about it. My libido has dropped a bit lately, but nothing drastic. The downstairs still works, but my mind set isnt quite as frisky as it used to be. I plan on starting my pct this sunday which will include nolva, trib, zma, milk thistle, and creatine ethyl ester. Im also going to keep my protein and calorie intake up in order to maintain my gains. Weight wise ive gained around 10lbs, but im not surprised by this since before my cycle i was on a cutting cycle and lost a significant amount of weight and mass. I also put on some fat on this cycle, which is contributing to the weight gain. All and all, i think m1t worked great for me and i would take it in the future. I just hope my libido doesnt go all to hell on pct. Not to say that m1t doesnt have horrible effects as mentioned by others, but it all depends on your body. :thumbsup:
 
get some bloodword done and then reassess :/

M1T is infact very hepatoxic and also destroys lipid profiles. I got the "bad" side effects when i ran mine, but I guess everyone is different, like you said. I think most real steroids are safer than M1T... I'd take 500mg of test over M1T any day!

when M1T came out it was a big breakthrough, but all those gains don't come without a price to your health.
 
Indeed you are not the first to post the all informative post that "m1t is not as harsh as people say." <sarcasm>

Anyway bloodwork usually shows differently. There are some who never "feel" the sides. Typically the first time you run it is the best, and efery cycle there after new sides pop-up.
 
I actually gain well from M1T without too any sides but then I keep the dose at 5mg most of the time. As the others said, it's the lipid values plunging to single digits that are the unseen, unfelt danger with this compound.

It has its uses but it must be treated with all due respect.

When you run it at 5mg do you do it with 4ad, a bigger stack, or solo?
 
I run it at 5 as well, and the last time I did this I was at 290 and still made gains. I have ran it solo, and with 4ad at that dosage. I was able to handle the lethargy, however, it was still persistent.

You guys that are running it at 5mg/day...how many weeks do you use it for at a time?

I used it at 10mg for 3 weeks about a year ago and toward the end of the third week I had bad nosebleeds. I really blew up on it (fat and muscle.) I've got MUCH of it left over so I wanna at least use a little of it.

I'm planning on cuting very hard for 4 weeks with it...alone.
 
yes i know i cant attest to the liver toxicty and i dont plan on getting any blood work done. it would be interesting to find out, but i dont want to spend the money, nor go through the whole ordeal. im sure the stuff is bad for you, but its all about moderation. my liver values will return to normal and so will my lipid profiles with the proper pct. m1t is something i definately wont be taking for more than 3 weeks at a time. i also dont plan on running more than 2, mabye 3, cycles a year. it was just a good supplement for me to overcome a plateau i reached in my lifting. i wouldnt suggest its use over long periods of time, but as a short term boost, i dont think it was too harsh on my system. i believe its the people that go overboard with phs that give them a bad name. your body definately needs ample time to recover and can only take so much stress. im not trying to imply that m1t is safe for anyone by any means, im just simply stating that it worked for me.
 
It's not a ph, but a steroid. I am not arguing with you on its effectiveness.

Having a "it's too much of a hassle" attitude for bloodwork is just irresponsible plain and simple. How does one know if their lipid, or liver panel is not already in the red?

Come on, I can vouch all day that m1t works, but I will/do always get bloodwork regardless of the hormone I am using.
 
some people dont have the resources to get blood work after every single cycle. granted, it would be a good practice to implement, but it just doesnt seem plausible for me. m1t is a powerful anabolic and has serious effects im aware of. i know my levels may already be elevated, but that isnt something that would be surprising to me at the time. i have a physical coming up in the next month, so i plan on waiting until then. i consider myself to be in fairly good shape. i have no history of blood pressure, heart problems, or liver disfunction. this has also been my first cycle in about 8 months, so i think my boby is prepared to deal with some stress at the time. i dont plan on running another cycle for at least another 4-8 months. as i stated before, i believe in giving my body ample time to recoup after m1t.
