My goals I want to add some body weight and increase my Big 3.Also to increase my veggie/fruits intake and loose the greens formula.

Supplementing with G8 & BCAA+SAA are Orange OxiMega,Vitanin D3 5000iu,Ubiquinol 200mgs,Healthforce Vitamineral Green(Probiotics/Greens) and protein powder.I will be using Ergoblast preworkout.

530am I take my pre on workout days.I lift at 6.
630 I wake up on non workout days

700 Breakfast every day
Shake consisting of 1/2 cup grated oats,16oz whole milk and 2 scoops of UP 2.0
4 eggs with 2oz of grated Cheddar or American cheese.
Bagel with olive oil butter

Work Snacks
3 PB sandwiches on whole wheat
2 bananas

Work lunch
A salad with lettuce,cucumbers and green peepers.I top it with Oliver oil Italian dressing.I will have this every single day as I am adding more veggies to my diet.
Mon-Fri 16 oz of choc milk
Monday/Tuesday 2 meat loaf sandwiches on whole wheat & potato salad.
Wed/Thur 2 roasted turkey/cheese & coleslaw.
Friday I buy lunch for my crew usually pizza or Jimmy Johns.


Dinner
All my dinners consist of a meat,russet,red,sweet potatoes or rice.,veggies and bread.
All my dinners will now consist of a salad.
My dessert is usually ice cream or rice pudding.

Night time B4 bed
16oz milk with 2 scoops of UP 2.0

Is that trailer olive oil on the salad, or is it a special dressing? I'd like to give that a try.

What I do is mix canola oil,red vinegar,garlic powder,salt,pepper,and Italian seasons in a shaker bottle.I put that on my salad with 1tbl spoon of POMPEIAN EVOO.The trick is 1/3 oil and 2/3 vinegar.

Yeah but that is in a 9 hour period and the meatloaf sandwiches are just Mon & Tues.I have my own construction company and burn alot of calories.I do alot of demo with my subs.I enjoy the manual labor and besides that makes my subs work harder.

I'm in the environmental construction and infrastructure business. Site Manager but believe in leading by example. Hard labor never hurt anyone. Actually the meatloaf I can handle. The bread would tend to go against my normal regiment as would all that pb. I scoop of pb I do on occasion. May try the cashew butter this week heard it was really good!

The only way to go.It earns you the respect of you workers and that is why I always buy Friday lunch.Also where do you find the cashew butter?I never seen it.

I don't know if they carry such exotic things at places like walmart :D
personally, I get my nut butters at Kroger, they have a nice selection of this stuff

No Kroger here in Chicago.gonna make my own Cashew and Almond butter.

Ingredients
2 cups unsalted roasted cashews
2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar, optional
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine the nuts, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the salt, and the sugar, if desired. Process on high speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and process to desired smoothness, adding more oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, if a smoother butter is desired. Adjust the seasoning, to taste.

Transfer to a bowl to use as a dip, spread, or in other recipes, or place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

I am doing a deload this week.So I can start my new program with G8/BCAA+SAA

Bench Press at about 50% of 1RM 95lbs 10 x 10.
