A few quick supplement questions....

I am re-doing my staples stack and wanted to know a few things before I purchase anything: I am defiantly still using Cell Mass, Up Your Mass weight gainer, and Animal Pack multi-vitamins. I am trying to stay under or very close to $100.00 since most of this will be reordered monthly….

1) I am looking to switch or discontinue No-Xplode because of stomach cramps and gas later on in the day. Am I better off discontinuing Nitric Oxide supplementation all together or should I try Arginine Ethyl Ester Powder which can be bought in bulk here for $10.99?

2) I am looking to cut a few pounds so that hopefully I can see my abs by summer, but at the same time or soon after, I need to gain muscle mass. Am I better off using Leviathan Reloaded which is supposed to allow you to do both at once due to the anti-catabolic properties or should I try Recreate which fights fat through 23 different pathways?

3) For Amino Acids, am I better off with Purple Wrath, which a lot of people have recomended, Optimum Nutrition's BCAAs, or the TwinLab Amino Fuel, which seems to have the most in it?

4) Animal Pack makes a Natural Sterol Complex. Is this something that could help me get bigger for only $11.60 or is this a waste of money?

5) I tend to have GI issues which I have always had such as gas and cramps occasionally from all the protein etc… Should I get Gut health, Super Enzymes, 8 billion Acidophilus and Bifidus, Probiotic Defence Powder, or a combination of these? (Some if not all of these will help, right?)

6) Is ZMA very important or should I pass on it? ($8.95)

Thanks!

save $$$ and cut the Animal Pak and the CellMass. There are better/cheaper alternatives for both.

Start with the basics of protein, creatine mono, and a multivitamin. At your age you shouldnt need more if your diet is in check and you workout hard. Dont just worry about abs for summer . . . start building muscle

x2 good advice.

If your dead set....Id ditch the NO altogether, science seems weak on it. The stims in it get you jacked, drink some coffee or take some caffeine before you go. For BCAA, I take Purple Wraath and enjoy its effects, lot of people also swear by Xtend.

So scrap the NO and the sterol complex. Supplements arent necessary to get bigger. As said above training, diet and rest are all much more important.

Hey guys,

alright so I decided to scrap the animal pack, but I like the CellMass a lot since you don't retain water on it or have to load it or anything plus I can get it much cheaper online. I ordered the tub of arginine ethyl ester to try since it was only $10.00 for 100 grams, but if I don't like this then I won't use NO2 any more. Twin labs amino fuel has way more than those and it is only $20.00 plus the Up Your Mass weight gainer I use has BCAAs and EAAs so I am going to just stick with that. Thanks guys...
