Got my neutral grip bars installed on my power rack, I made a mount that I could adjust rather than use the welder. Tomorrow is back day so I will give them a try.

Love your set up. Trying to figure out what equipment is probably most helpful to pick up next. Already have the freestanding squat rack, but I'm thinking a power cage might be next up and still helpful. A preacher curl set up would be nice though too.
 
I use my power rack / cage a lot, I also like my preacher curl, so I guess I'm not much help !! You can curl in the Power Rack, but you can't squat with a Preacher Curl.

Well, I've got these currently so I think I can do most of what I would use the power rack for. But the feet of the stands do get in the way of my bench so I can pretty much only use it for squatting, shrugging, and rack deads, not as a safety catch for any benching.

Ok, so @Hyde turned me on to Neutral Grip Pull-ups which are much easier on my shoulders, so I got to thinking, would Neutral Grip Bench Presses be the same ? After checking E-Bay & Amazon and seeing a Multi-Grip bar is about $200 I figure I will just make one, about 3 hours and $24 later this is what I got.

I had blood work on Wednesday so I did not train Sun, Mon, Tues, or Wed. I did bac yesterday and are my Lats ever sore. The Dr. cut my TRT down to 100mg of test every other week for the last 8 weeks my test was only 300, I hope I can get him to put it back to 200mg!!

300 total is usually where they put you on TRT! 100 weekly is probably more what you want.

I feel the best at 150 MG per week but my script is for 200 MG every two weeks, but they cut it in half to try and get my RBC down.

yup...i was at 200mg weekly but they cut it in half for the same reason.

Do you fellas donate, and if so how often?

I haven’t tried to donate in many years since last time I nearly passed out, and I come off completely so I don’t need to to keep numbers happy. But I am a lot less scared of needles now so I think it would be fine. And I am thinking about cruising at some point. I mean I will eventually have to.
 
I can not donate do to past medical problems, but I do get Therapeutic Phlebotomy's once or twice a year.
 
Overhead presses are no fun with sore lats !!
 
Went to the Grocery Store this morning at 6am to avoid the crowds, the only problem I had was a 680 calorie Fresh Baked, Warm Blueberry Muffin jumped it my cart !!

I wish I was more disciplined and hit some early morning cardio yesterday. I took an off day + cheat day yesterday :( Back on the grind today.

I ate way more than I should have yesterday so I see more Cardio in my future !!
 
You can find someone who will give that, but I stick to what your doctor says here.

I am going to work with my current Dr. at least for now. I was just checking out a study, I may check into a bit more?

I found a local Dr. who says he likes to keep your levels where ever you feel the best, if you feel the best at 1000 let's keep it there as long as there are no problems. I may check them out in the future ???

I had a doctor like this once. He spent about 45 mins with me talking about life and health, etc... It was pretty awesome to feel like a doctor actually cared.

Now, I pretty much have a damn socialist insurance/doctor where I’m waiting hours at the doctors, weeks and months for referrals, denials from my insurance because I’m not on my deathbed yet. But yet, I’m supposed to be grateful that I have insurance... 🤦🏻‍♀️

I need to switch doctor, I’ve never even met him. Lol, it’s not a good sign when you’re waiting in a room and can hear the nurses talk sh*t about him.

Starting off the new year right 75 minute Chest & Tri workout 6am and than 45 minutes on the treadmill at 10am. @Hyde is inspiring me to do more cardio.
 
This morning Legs, a few hours latter 35 minutes on the tread mill, after lunch, grocery shopping with the wife and I just got done taking down the Christmas decorations outside. Time for a hot cup of coffee!!
 
This is my 2021 New Years post. (A little late) I always let my diet loosen up between Thanksgiving and New Years, I just enjoy food, so this is my time of year to indulge! I ended up on Monday Jan. 4th at 190lbs and wearing my 34" waist pants as opposed to my normal 32" so I have a bit of work to do. My goal is to get back to the 32's and between 175 & 180lbs with out loosing any muscle. Last year I started out at 192 and got down to 172 but I looked small and had lost a good bit of muscle (1" in my arms) so I don't want to repeat that! And I still had my love handles ??

I ended up on Monday Jan. 4th at 190lbs and wearing my 34" waist pants as opposed to my normal 32" so I have a bit of work to do. My goal is to get back to the 32's and between 175 & 180lbs with out loosing any muscle. Last year I started out at 192 and got down to 172 but I looked small and had lost a good bit of muscle (1" in my arms) so I don't want to repeat that! And I still had my love handles ??

Once you spend a few weeks getting your diet locked in naturally (and if you like Yohimbine make sure you use it prior to fasted cardio), then get some research Clen and apply it transdermally on your core with a cycle of 11KT! Local Clen delivery and the 11kt provides systemic cortisol reduction while preserving muscle mass.

You will always lose size on your arms when you lean out. First place to go, the way a woman loses her boob size. I have GAINED significant muscle mass & strength on this cut cycle, yet my arms are still smaller in diameter.

Today was shoulder day, but I just wasn't feeling it, so I decided to some light Machine Presses and some Side & Rear Laterals. I don't know if it was the light weight or something else, but as I started the pump got better every set, my muscles were feeling big & full, I ended up doing 20 total sets and had one of the best shoulder workouts ever !! Life is Good !!

Never found fake Yohimbine; if you like it I’d say whatever you find is cheapest. I got some old Primaforce off EBay for like $7. I always feel pretty bad on it and rarely use it lol, but Alpha-Yohimbine is your best bet if you are very sensitive like me and want the most tolerable strain out there. SNS has one in there baseline series:

Yohimbine and Clen both burn fat through the same beta2 adrenoceptor agonist pathway, Clen much more powerfully obviously. But not much else available out there on a practical level really burns through that pathway, which is what can make them so valuable if trying to lose fat via multiple vectors.

I generally use RXS Radiate before cardio, I know it has Alpha-Yohimbine in it but I don't know how much ? I believe it is 1mg
