A.D. Question i didnt see in other threads

I have just gotten a bottle of reset A.D. and have been using it for about three days. I missed an entire days worth of doses. Will i now have to wait longer for it to "kick-in?" Also once i have finished my first bottle could I lower the dose to lets say maybe a capsule a day for maintenance, or does it have to be two caps a day at a minimum?

No. You don't have to wait for it to "kick-in". You just missed a day, not a big deal. Just like with any other supplement, some of the ingredients are in the body processing, but not enough to tell any difference. You could take it once a day but it won't work and "kick-in" fast and effective enough. 2 caps isn't nothing. Besides, if your worry about the servings, than just look at the price tag which affordable and cheap for a great product like this.
 
ok thanks a lot buddy. i am curently running two a day. But since i am on a super strict budget i was curious as to whether one a day on my next bottle would be sufficent just to maintain adrenal health instead of fix adrenal fatigue like i currently am at two a day.

depends on what kind of shape that your adrenal system is in.. but I currently take 1 a day... Im mostly stim free, but i had pretty severe adrenal fatigue about 2 years ago... i just take 1 a day as preventative

if you want to dose down to 1 a day... do your body a favor and try to maximize your sleep and relaxation and diet at the same time.. this will put the least amount of strain on your adrenal glands and allow 1 /day to be effective

What kind of stims are you taking, or did you take lately?
 
Been on reset ad for about two weeks now. Stuff seems to be solid. I do notice i feel alot better when i wake up. Take me less time feel "awake" in the mornings and certainly has paid for itself already since i have been able to cut down all the redlines, endorushes, speedstacks, and coffee in the morning. Thanks PAL
 
Is this a stimulator or something that can bring back your drained adrenals?

I tried adrenocortical extracts got better from debilitating adrenal fatigue (in bed for 8 months) but then got an infection and had to get onto cipro and adrenal fatigue developed again

hypoglycemia
weakness
nervousness
no sleep (woke up every two three hours)
sensitivity to sound and bright lights
etc etc

finally took 10 mg hydrocortisone per day and got better within weeks

after a month or more of HC i developed Hypothyroid symptoms and Na/water retention, yet i was a lot better regarding energy

Starting drinking coffee again to get energy and got back in bed within 2 weeks.

My adrenals are dead shot

How much would that reset ad benefit me.??

Question for palo alto people here.

a) Does it stimulate you or does it give your adrenals a chance to rest?

b) i am told not to risk taking any water/na+ retention supplements or drugs since i have developed steroid glaucoma from HC and intracranial pressure changes, and i am wondering how much Glycyrrhizic acid does that licorice root contain in there?

c) Whats the schizandra for?

d) Where is the bovine extracts from?

Sorry for the many questions but i need to get onto something that can help with no sides after all this mess.
