Should I use it on ab days only or should i use it everyday?

Also what is the best method to apply it?

If using more than one spray, do you use it all at once or thorought the day?

You should use it everyday. I haven't personally used Napalm yet, but when I've used Lipoderm, I found the best way to do it was after a warm shower or after washing the application area with a washcloth. Just pump the Napalm into your hand and rub it into the desired area and let it dry, twice daily. If you're using more than one pump per dose, just put it all on at once.

I use it everyday...application mode, uhm I just put it on my hand and rub it in. However as a warning if you paint your nails it will eat nail polish off:stick: . and the bottom of your laptop color if you surf naked after putting it on before it dries:blink:
I use about 2-3 pumps at a time and re-apply it at night sometimes.

As the others have said, use it everyday. It's important to be consistent with it.

Put it on after your shower, then again 10-12 hours later.

Also, consider wearing latex gloves so you don't have to wash your hands after you apply it.
 
Oh my I just shaved and showered after a workout then applied 2 pumps and wow I can feel the burn! Nice work. Hopefully like mentioned above the stims wont have any negatice effect on libido!

They really should have no effect on your libido. I know they don't on Matt's and he uses Napalm all the time.
