as for my final opinion... wf is amazing preworkout that surpasses everything ive used.
i didnt really have the time i needed to get the results from gm. my strength went up and i feel taht it was a benifit but i was looking forward to its longterm use. ill be trying it again someday for sure.

No worries at all on the log man. It was great while it lasted and I appreciate all that you did for our country. Much respect and hope you get better soon.

i actualy fly out tomorrow to go home. im pretty excited to see my wife.
so far ive had two surgeries and i should be ok in the long run. thanks to everyone for asking how im doing and the get wells. ill be back in no time.
