Well, I have been sorely disappointed by Cellmass. It just doesn't deliver the results I expected or the results I have experienced with other creatine products. I decided to experiment with it a little bit to see if I could get better results with it.
The directions say to take 1 serving immediately after working out and another 6-8 hours after the first. I tried mixing a serving of Cellmass with 2 servings of NO Xplode and drank it pre w/o. I also drank this only 15 minutes before working out instead of 30-45. I also followed up my workout with another serving (I didn't feel anything dramatically different with the second serving).
Today was my shoulder day and I noticed a dramatic increase in my overhead press and felt a more dramatic pump than I have felt on the same serving of NO Xplode by itself.
Does this make sense? Or is it all just mental? Looking to hear input.
