To this day I find these awkward...
Try positioning your body at different angles or use a flat bar facing the stack. It's a little different for everyone. The added cable tension is nice when you hit them right.

The people that run orbit are stand up as well! It makes me happy to work with them and it makes me feel good that if I'm giving my money to a company with great employees!It's kinda terrible. All the misinformation to push things like DAA & arimistane & such like valid pct & estro controls. Are they fine to include? Sure. Is an otc pct acceptable? Only for the dhea metabolites dosed as directed. I really like Orbit, & love that we've added so many products lately, but I refuse to go around pimping our store just to sell otc PCT products when ppl ask what they should take. And thankfully, the management at Orbit doesn't want us doing that either. Ppl see thru that crap, & it discredits the whole organization.

Hey Beast did you notice when trying to stick with his split that it is impossible to allow for all of the rest periods, and the drop set and actually complete some of the workouts in 40 minutes. It is a great premise however later in the program he recommends "IF" you can not complete it in 40 minutes you should try to do a 2 a day for that grouping...That was one of the big reasons I couldn't stick with it on my limited training time but I use his "Intentions" techniques in all my training now other than when training for power. However if my biceps don't square away soon I will simply do exactly that and do two a days to use this one.

Yeah I would typically but some of them entered into 75 minutes with the two body parts those are the ones i don't have time for in the morning. I have exactly 90 minutes from the time I enter the gym at 4:30 to be walking out. Sometimes I get there a little late so I always try to keep my lifting to less than an hour unless on a weekend or in the evenings when a fast workout is hard to get in.

The 40 second breaks were honestly the killer lol. I think dropping anything is loud. I remember dropping 335 in highschool. Then 445 in Canada last year. That lift was yesterday... I've always been a raw lifter. My old power coach used to give us sh!t for wearing belts and gloves and other stuff. When done right you shouldn't need it. However I'm pushing way too close to failure and we all know form breaks with failure and that's how injuries can happen. I guess I'm trying to be preventative these days. My shoulder and hip hurt bad enough. Don't need any more crap.
