How much test you gonna run/wk now that I'm thinking it? Will you back it down as you scale the tren up?
Makes a lot of sense to me - not like it's where the gains really are compared to a primarily anabolic like tren anyway. I thought I recall CSA2179 sayin somthing about EQ normally run like 750-1g? Noticing much from 500 yet?

3642cals 317p 375c 109f. SOLID refeed I'm gonna look full as a mofo tomorrow. Almost all of it was clean, the only cheat food i had was a small bit of ice cream. Today was an off day from the gym. I might do a double sesh tomorrow-am and pm with heavy cardio. We'll see what happens at the bodyshop with my baby in the morning.

Great going pal..well its all about the daily workout routine that you follow....I usually workout in gym for 2 hours including 20 mins cardio. As I am keen of workout apps , I am using "Ab Workout Express" to build great flat abs. I believe in healthy eating and heavy workout to maintain fit.

The machine at the gym said I was 15.8 & 15.3% back to back yesterday, so I guess I'm somewhere in that zone. Would be great to be 12.
Just the goofy thing you hold onto. I've heard that you have to use those dry first thing after bathroom in morning to get most accurate reading, but they say it's good within a percent or so in either direction. Not very accurate, but you can get an idea. More importantly, you can use it over time as a reference still to at least track rough progress.
Guy who runs the mom n pop supp shop apparently has a computer that he hooks to you with electrode pads & all the local competitors use him. Like 10-20 bucks a go I think. Seems fair compared to 40 for one of those displacement pods lol
