How much test you gonna run/wk now that I'm thinking it? Will you back it down as you scale the tren up?

Test will stay @200mgs a week. I've only been cruising on the test. Eq is 500mgs. I didn't much care for test past hrt doses.
 
Makes a lot of sense to me - not like it's where the gains really are compared to a primarily anabolic like tren anyway. I thought I recall CSA2179 sayin somthing about EQ normally run like 750-1g? Noticing much from 500 yet?

Not expecting tons from it, it's more in place to preserve mass in a caloric deficit. When I'm lean I love the dry hard vascular look it gives. There's no point in running massive doses to lean out it seems counter productive. High doses are more for absolute growth.

I might do a double sesh tomorrow-am and pm with heavy cardio. We'll see what happens at the bodyshop with my baby in the morning.

Woke up this am. Allergies were horrific. Felt like I had a fat chick sitting on my face. Needless to say I didn't make it before I took my truck to the bodyshop. Hit it after work tris bis and chest.

Put my pants on this am. 1 belt hole smaller. 239 on the same scale that had me at 248. Probably a good bit of water loss from discontinuing dbol. Shoulders n back again tonight.

I think if the beast was sitting at 225-230 you would be one lean machine. :)

Unfortunately I think loss of stomach is coming from the lack of o2. Allergies are horrific this spring. But my legs are hammered right now so it was a good session.


Anyone ever been to Colombia? I might have to go next week.

Great going pal..well its all about the daily workout routine that you follow....I usually workout in gym for 2 hours including 20 mins cardio. As I am keen of workout apps , I am using "Ab Workout Express" to build great flat abs. I believe in healthy eating and heavy workout to maintain fit.

The machine at the gym said I was 15.8 & 15.3% back to back yesterday, so I guess I'm somewhere in that zone. Would be great to be 12.

What machine? Was it like a legit bod pod or one of those deals you have to hold on to?
 
Just the goofy thing you hold onto. I've heard that you have to use those dry first thing after bathroom in morning to get most accurate reading, but they say it's good within a percent or so in either direction. Not very accurate, but you can get an idea. More importantly, you can use it over time as a reference still to at least track rough progress.

Guy who runs the mom n pop supp shop apparently has a computer that he hooks to you with electrode pads & all the local competitors use him. Like 10-20 bucks a go I think. Seems fair compared to 40 for one of those displacement pods lol

I think the displacement pod is obv. Most accurate. I'd imagine the other system can vary the same way calipers do. But it's a progress tracker like you said. For all we know I'm 23% and your 7% but as long as using shows fat loss when the scale isn't changing much, I have no complaints. It's hard sometimes in recomp mode or a small deficit cut.


On to the posting of my diet... I woke up at 1:30 am to fish. Nothing was open. My dad bought donuts. I housed 4 of them bad boys like a fatty. Crushed a DD turkey sausage sammich on the 2 hr drive home after the trip. I'm considering today a VERY liberal cheat. Imma dry it up and clean big time tomorrow. Nothing but stupid clean carbs-brown rice- chicken, venison, fish and lean beef for the next 4 days. I'm still losing but I look like ****.

I feel I should also mention. **** equipoise. Getting all the ****ty sides and no decent results. If you want elaboration I will but it's out. Hrt test and tren. 2 weeks and I'm going to low dose superdrol solo that stuff makes recomp nice when you do it right.

PIP. Usually have no issues. Today my left quad is in agonizing pain. I pinned it yesterday. This is why I usually stay out of my quads. I'll update if it gets worse. Well gents. And hopefully I've got some hot blonde following too... I'll catch y'all maybe tomorrow with uploaded fish pics, if not Monday.
