i got a big nasty bump on my stomach from a pep shot yesterday. looks like a bug bite, its rock hard. thinking about poking it with a slin pin and seeing if i can pull anything out. i'll update on that tomorrow if i do. maybe ill take pictures of the fluid that comes out.

I'm only 300 below maintenance right now. I don't like going super low otherwise I tend to store calories

It'll be gradual but 3 days of clean decently rounded meals already has the veins popping and skin screaming. Very tight.

Im thinkin of droppin to 2200, lean out some more without jepardizing strength.

Honestly man I haven't really been more than a few hundred above maintenance or below for that matter since I started logging. Quite frankly a few hundred cals effects on strength should be negligible at best. IMO cycle your calories. Maintenance to slightly above on lift days and 2-400 below on off days

That suck how did u do that hope your ok? I use to get ab spasms all the time. Upped my water intake and eat a banana every other day and problem solved, hope you didn't pull it. Anyway the beast still threw down a awesome workout!!

I'm kind of stoked. My mom was reading the paper today, saw a gym for sale. We might be buying it. This city needs a hard core bb/pl gym anyways.
