yes, but the rating will depend on what it is compared to, how it was administered, etc.

in some cases, particularly when 5alpha-reductase is involved in the differentiation


however often bodybuilders use AAS in doses well above those where any differentiation between anabolic and androgenic effects occur. At high dosages most steroids are more or less fully androgenic
