Guess all that talk about candy made me kind-of give in and evidently my body was begging for it!! Woo hoo!!! I think the HyperT2 helps since it has Raspberry Ketones in it!!!

Leaving Friday morning. I will be finished logging everything by the end of the week:(

Dosed one oxy eca before mini bi/tri's w/out. Basic cardio on bike and tread- 45 mins.

What do you think you'll weigh on stage?? So, you've lost dropped like 20+ pounds during prep and assuming it won't take you long to gain that back, correct??

Was that like a Time Under Tension workout? I've done a couple sessions of crossfit training and those were the kind of things done. I did enjoy it but wouldn't do it all the time.

Time Under Tension: continual repetitions on a given exercise not with the intention to count a rep range rather than doing as many as possible in, say, 30sec. Rest 45-60s, repeat. That's the fundamentals behind CrossFit if I'm not mistaken.

As for my BF% I dunno, i'll get back to you tomorrow I forgot to check yesterday and don't have a caliper.

Thursday*Day 51-


Dosed one Oxyeca Black before trying to work out fasted. I stress the word "TRY" because I failed mid way through by purchasing a Power Crunch bar! Did bi's/cardio combo for 1.45 hrs and hit the Hibachi buffet afterward for some sushi, boiled shrimp and hot and sour soup. It was the bomb didee!!! I love sushi SO MUCH:yup:
