Friday*Day 17-

Am- Dosed one HyperT2 and 1/2 scoop Speed X3 before 60 mins of cardio.
Pm-Doesd 2nd half of Speed X3 before evening cardio, lasted 40 mins.
MASS HGH - dosed before bed and slept like a little baby!!

Saturday*Day 18-

Took and Oxyeca Black before hitting the gym this morning (on an empty stomach) and had the most kick ass w/out eva!! Shoulder w/out lasted 45mins followed by 60 mins- cross ramp and 15 mins aerobic step-ups!!!

Day ain't over yet.......!!!!!
 
I was at the gym today and thought of all you guys with the ZUMBA. When they walked out they were all BEAST MODE like we just got done with zumba get out of our way and I literally was LOLing and people were looking at me like whats up with this guy.

Hey have you ever experienced dizziness/woozy feeling on HyperT2 or is it just me?
 
How many you take? Anything else with it ?
Fat Free staggered. 2xHT2 then Wait a few hours for 1FF, then 1 HT2 around lunch then 1FF close to lift.

Honestly I think its more an electrolyte imbalance. I was in keto way too long.

EDIT:
Just did some more homework. T2 supplementation will lower diastolic blood pressure. I already have low BP as is... OK I can fix that.

Good stuff though I love it just need to tweak diet a bit to match.

I forgot what thermogenics feel like!!! I feel warm but I'm not sweating like crazy at work unless I drink coffee.
 
I cut back heavily on caffeine since starting HT2 - really no need. I can run on this stack all day.

Late afternoon -worked back with some bi's and cardio thrown in. Total- 1.5 hrs. I decided not take anymore stims on Sat since I was still working off of the Oxyeca buzz from the morning. Did the same today and will have a fresh start w/ the Hyper and SpeedX3 tomorrow!!!

2 MASS HGH caps before bed.

Sunday*Day 19-

Afternoon - Took one Oxyeca and hit the gym around 4:30pm - Chest and cardio until 6pm

I weigh in tomorrow and am realizing that the actual number doesn't mean that much anymore. I say this because my body is making changes almost every day and yet the scale is up. Something is working......:)
 
Yep mirror wins over scale unless its comp time and you need to make the weigh in ;)

AM-took half scoop Speed X3 before morning fasted cardio which consisted of the tread mill, artic trainer and step ups. Took one HyperT2 right after w/out and ate my morning oatmeal 30 mins later.

PM- Took half scoop SpeedX3 and hit the treadmill for 20 mins before ATTEMPTING to work Bi's and tri's! I worked chest the day before and exceeded my lifts by 5-10 lbs which in turn probably caused some muscle fatigue yesterday!!! LOVE IT!!! 60 mins of treadmill after w/out.

PM- 2 MASS HGH caps before bed...

I think it was due to eating asparagus all week, taking a Laci Le Beau the night before and water loading for the 1st time ever that week. All I was doing was helping my friend work her booth at our local show, but I wanted to look decent too!! HA!!
