8 WEEK TR3ST/EPI LOG!

Looking at your bench numbers, I would think working up to 245x5x5 or heavier would be more beneficial than doing the easier sets and only one set of 245. Essentially, it just seems that you could be pushing yourself harder for more reps.

I don't know if it is safe to be running clen while on epi and trest. I would think blood pressure would be an issue.
 
So how's the formeron working? I'm caught up between going with an arimistane containing product like arimicare, or getting formeron... I'd like to save some money and not get both. Do you feel the AI effects from arimicare?
 
im using currently 45mg epi and 50mg trest and 2caps arimacare are doing fine for me - had the first 1,5 weeks 2 pumps formeron additionally but it felt as if it would crash my libido

No not Dutch per se. I love the Dutch culture and have visited Holland a few times. I have great friends there. Amsterdam holds a special place in my heart. I'm still alive!!!! I have finals and papers and all kinda of crazy ****! I will do a final post before pct this weekend :) sorry about the lack of log!

So tomorrow starts day one of PCT! I had to say that this was my most incredible cycle yet.

Bodyweight went from 189lbs to 204lbs while dropping 1% bodyfat.
Bench Press went from a 1RM of 275lbs to 305lbs!
Deadlift went from 335lbs to 385lbs.
By the end of my cycle I could do standing dumbbell shoulder press with 60lbs dumbbells for 6 Reps when I don't even think I could slang those things up at the start of the cycle.

Overall strength and mass were awesome!!!!!
TR3ST definitely made this cycle what it was though, I had absolutely NO lethargy and NO libido issues; whereas my last epi cycle I could barely get out of bed and I had no nuts. This time through my Epi doses were up in the 60s towards the end with no issues. Oh and my gyno issue cleared up within just one week of Formeron which was nice.

I am already planning my next cycle which will probably be sometime around December of 2014 or January of 2015! :)

sounds like you had some very nice gains. Nice work. Hopefully pct goes smoothly.. I think my next cycle will be a very similar dosed epi/tr3st 6 week run with formeron on hand.
 
will do, were you takin ar1macare 4x/day throughout or did you adjust the dosing on that when you adjusted the epi/tr3sr dosing?
I was taking 2 caps per day to try and stretch it out the entire time but when I started experiencing the puffy nips I bumped to the 4x/day dosing.

word. I'm interested to see how pct goes for you. You gonna be doing 2 pumps of formeron e.d. throughout all of pct then tapering down to 1 pump for 2 weeks after?

Just curious because I had a nip sensitivity scare one night in the last week of my halo/Stano cycle and started 2 pumps e.d of formeron and plan in continuing throughout and after pct. (I'm 5 days into pct).

Looks fantastic bro those are some really nice strength gains... And of course 15lbs is awesome!
Question: When/how did your weight gains come thru? Like was the majority of the weight gains attained in a week or two? Or was it a more slow stead, constant gain?

un the past I've usually blown up in a week or two then main more strength gains as the cycle progressed. My current cycle seems different though, I'm gaining a solid few lbs every week, and I think I prefer that. Jc. Either way keep it up and roll thru pct man!
