8 WEEK TR3ST/EPI LOG!

The consensus is trest has a short half life... Do you feel a "dropoff" of any sort a few hours after taking?

I'm just trying to figure out a good dosing protocol

Personally I feel no drop....I take 75mg a day split into 3.

Honestly, I've taken 50mgs split up during the day, I've taken 75mgs split up during the day, and I've taken 50mgs preworkout with 25mgs a couple of hours later.. the only time I've felt a real difference was taking 50mgs at ONCE preworkout.
I feel no "dropoff" at all and I have yet to take it later than 4:30pm. I would say to get real great effects from TR3ST you should take 75-100mgs per day, spread out, with 50mgs at once preworkout. That's just my opinion.

As for lethargy and libido I think it works wonders! My last Epi cycle I was ****ing HORRIBLY lethargic and had no libido at all, it sucked bad and I'm having NONE of those problems this time around :)

In the two times that I've run trest, no dosing schedule I've tried has given me a dropoff.

I pulled out the leftover Havoc today and I have enough to dose the rest of my cycle at 55mgs per day.. so why not! Today I worked out arms but who cares about an arm workout so I'm not going to bother typing it out. I have been craving so much more.. I really really want to start pinning, I just can't convince myself to order the stuff I need, but I really want it!!!! Should I do it and add some Test E? What do you all think?

Sides: I tried running today and got some horrible shin pumps.
 
Do this :finish this cycle, Pct....off time....research research research...new cycle(test e....or whatever)

Pinning comes with some new rules etc. Be prepared, don't rush into it now midway cycle.

I'm out of town until Sunday and was planning a big update for my halfway point on Monday with measurements and such. I'm 201lbs as of this morning so I've gained 10lbs and strength is definitely JUST starting to shoot up.

99 degrees here in Central Florida today! Had an awesome day at a theme park called Busche Gardens and went on some crazy ass roller coasters.

Unfortunately I'm having my first ever gyno scare... sore/sensitive nipples all day, not puffy or anything though.

ALRIGHT! So I need some advice! My right nipple is definitely sore and I think it's getting kind of puffy and I'm slightly freaking out about it. Should I get some letro? I read taking tamox could help but I also read that it could make it worse. If I run tamox until the end of my cycle how should I approach PCT? Or should I just ignore it until PCT (as I also read that nipple sensitivity is more often nothing to worry about and it's very common when ****ing with our hormones).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you running an AI? If not grab some formestane or some other AI, forma is my go to while on cycleand post to help with estrogen
 
I might put an end to the cycle and just jump on pct /:

Just grab an AI like ironflex's formabolic or something with Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione in it (the old erase.) Its probably the trest aromatizing that is aggravating your nips

I agree....get some formeron or formabolic. This would surely help.

The androst is not really going to help or be strong enough in my opinion.

It should help a little don't ya think? I just know its an AI that is sold in a lot of sup but I agree a forma product would be best.

Maybe a little....but in this case with tr3st I would defenitely go with forma.

Two pumps of formeron is going to get you 150 mg of forma. So for their bottle yes a half pump wold be OK most people use forma as an AI in the 100 - 150 mg range higher if you want to use it as a PH.

Yeah just treat the nipple sensitivity and you will be fine.
 
How has this cycle gone in terms of libido lethargy and other "sides"? Read through it and mainly saw your lift #'s
I have been virtually without sides this entire time besides the nipple thing, which is 100% my fault. Libido is unchanged and I've had no lethargy whatsoever!
 
For those that have ran the same compound with and without tr3st would you say it just elevated sides thus making for a more successful cycle or added to the stack itself?

Sides: So..... yesterday I totally flipped **** on my girlfriend; I was working on a research paper that I had due in a couple of hours and I had an exam and I don't really remember what happened but she said something and I like flipped out and stormed out of the room, so that wasn't good lol. I calmed down very quickly though and apologized. As for the Clenbuterol, it's DEFINITELY making me feel like complete ****. I haven't gotten shaky or anything but the initial two hours after I take my dose in the morning I feel like *******; I have a headache the entire day and I get random heavy heartbeats.. no bueno. I'll ride it out though.

Formeron will be here tomorrow! The more I read about the stuff the more I'm stoked about getting it.
