8 week super blast

All my test prolactin. Estrogen liver etc came back in range so I am about to embark on an 8 week blast
 
It will be broken into 2 4 week cycles
1st 4 weeks will be test tren e tren ace mast prop msten dbol EQ Adex.

Next 4 weeks
Dienolone ace anadrol test mast eth mast prop arimidex and ralox

I been on cycle consisting of
Test cup 200mg weekly
Tren e 400mg weekly
Eq 600mg weekly
Used an anavar kickstart
Arimidex 1mg ed
 
Yes finally got my dosage in and went be testing for another 3 months so perfect time to blast

This cycle will decide when I compete next. My brother in law just took top 5 in nationals and I'm carrying more muscle than him but his conditioning is better I have either 17 weeks or or 26 weeks.

I'm still deciding what fatburner to use depending on how much I gain I might have to go up a weight class
 
Oh forgot to mention I been on the blast for 1 week so 7 weeks left looking to get about 11 to 15 lbs with minimal fat gain. I am using t3 help
 
Day 1 of week 2 my weight is back up to where it should be. I would like to get about 12lbs over the next 7 weeks. I took bad shot in my quad and it's all knotted. Up
 
Got chest in today went more volume

5x5 flat bench
5x12 HS wide grip HS
5x10 decline HS
3×6 incline
 
I thought you just did a short blast a few weeks ago? Obviously doesn’t matter though if your bloodwork came back fine.

Last blast was super short. But then I got new blood and asked my endo to check everything and all values showed mid to low range so I am good to go for a longer blast
 
Gains are coming on crazy I gained like 10lbs since start hit legs today after boxing bad idea lol
 
Oh HELL YEA I just found my lost bottle of halotestin. It was my missing link. It won't be used in this blast. Its saved for precomp
 
No weights today just the sauna to sweat out the toxins. I did get my cardio in 45min Hiit at the boxing gym. My shoulders were so dead I couldn't keep them up. I've gained 12lbs in approx 2 weeks. My goal was 13 so it looks like that's gonna be surpassed. I've revised the goal to 18lbs so that's only 1lb a week.
 
So I am switching out anadrol for alpha 20 everything looking good pre diet will start soon

I have gained a solid 5lbs after shedding some water weight. So far so good

So as I said I am running alpha 20. Today is second day. Bench was up from last week. But I'm still not back to where I was before I fractured my ribs
 
Got a good back workout in yesterday able to lift pretty close to what I was doing. Day 4 on alpha 20. No weights today but am getting in 45min of hiit
 
Almost out of dbol soon only oral will be alpha 20 also have to decide if I want to rotate deca in as I'll be dropping tren very soon. Gotta switch things up I'm at 24 weeks out and it will be broken up into 3 sections

1st 8 weeks adding muscle cleaning up diet adding in more cardio

2nd 8 weeks starting real diet maintaining lean made and cutting bodyfat %

3rd 8 weeks all out prep no cheat meals LOTS of cardio 2-3 sessions a day. Switching to all short esthers.

As always please feel free to ask questions make comments etc. I'll be getting with my diet coach at approx 8 weeks out to work on getting as lean as possible.

Also if anyone has a suggestion on a good high energy fat burner please chime in. I haven't decided what to use.

Also will be running labs to see where my test is at currently running trt dose of 200mg ew
 
So I got in a good leg workout today and another hard session of boxing. Boxing gym is closed tomorrow. I'll be doing shoulders tomorrow I can't work delts on days I box they just get to drained. My coach and I are still deciding what type of diet to go with. Im on a mandated low fat diet for medical reasons so it's hard to keto without being in a big deficit.. I usually don't like to cut kcal so low when not on Tren but my body needs a break from tren after 12 weeks
