Today begins week four. Vascularity continues to improve. Deadlifts tonight. I'm hoping to see a good strength jump.

I read Tim Ferris's book, the 4 hour body and suggest taking ala, gte, and aged garlic- all together before meals to control insulin, blood sugar perhaps a bit of nutrient repartitioning. I started taking that stack and have noticed some fat loss, but im hoping the garlic has some general health benefits as well. BSL, do you think Kyolic or aged garlic is better than just a regular garlic supp? I went and bought a boat load of regular garlic in gelcaps from Puritan's pride.I feel it's good to be taking year round, but can be especially beneficial on cycle.

I love DC, but every time I try it I end up over training and get sick after not too long. I want to give it another shot.. Maybe this fall. Ah and 4 weeks into your cycle sounds right to see strength gains for ah/al.All lifts were up yesterday except for shoulder press. Once thing I definitely notice is I seem to have a bit more explosiveness in my lifts after the first and second rest/pause of my work set (I do DC style training remember). After that first set to failure and then only a 30 second pause before starting again, I'm normally really moving the weight slowly and yesterday I seemed to get aggressive in the second/third portion of the work set.
That fact coupled with really seeing veins pop in the mirror, it's very encouraging.

I like the stretches at the end of the session, but not a fan of the actual templates.
Yeah, perhaps I wasnt following it right, but those rest pause sets I seemed to take to the extreme. I think today id be better suited as my nutrition and supplementation are more on point.The design of DC very much avoids overtraining.

Well I started with the EC Monday. I'm really ramping up my cardio on my off-lifting days. I'm only running 12mg E (per dose) this week. I'll bump to 25 starting next week.
Strength is still climbing. No explosive gains, but steady.

And I'm sure it made you sick as hell tooE felt like it had no effect on me... appetite was still ravenous throughout even with 100mg per day. Melanotan II destroyed my appetite though.

Before I started I measured under 9 on the electronic machine..around 8.5 or so.I think that thing is in accurate however.Im a little bloated right now, so i will look better after cycle.Still got 6 weeks of AH left ! Im eating around 100g carbs.Once i drop it to 50 or so I will be even more shredded with clen.

When you do cardio you just keep going on and on.
That is a great point. I've really upped my cardio since starting on EC and I've run just ECA multiple times before so I know how it affects my cardio. The energy/drive/endurance is way up right now. Only thing I can attribute it to, is the AH.
I think bikeswim is dealing with some stuff, updates will be sparse if at all. Take care bro
Glad things are well budThanks for the kind words man. Yeah, some personal stuff came up, but all is well. My strength is kind of plateauing as of late, but my cardio levels continue to climb. It's insane. I'm really starting to notice definition in my obliques, shoulders, and calves. Just this past weekend I spent some time with a friend I haven't seen in awhile. He told me at one point, "wow dude, you have like bodybuilder calves". So AH is definitely helping because calves are a definite weak point for me.

Are you cutting hard right now? Seems you could up calories a little if you wanted better strength gains, but if you are losing fat and maintaining strength that's a good thing![]()

Sometimes people get hung-up on the calorie amount, but it's definitely one aspect along with training that are key to making gains in the gymNot upping calories enough was what held me back from making really good strength gains.
