I was wondering if anyone can confirm this or put this one to rest: California has already banned 4ad, and I believe they banned the 7aOHN. True or not?

I have already seen that the 4ad ban isn't really being enforced at all, so perhaps I have nothing to worry about until the nationwide ban goes into effect.

I haven't heard anything about this yet, and don't believe it's true.
But...... with californian's as crazy as they are, I wouldn't put it past them.
Somebody needs to have Arnold straighten them out...

As I recall (rumor only) some stores like GNC have stopped ordering products that contain 4-AD so they aren't caught with inventory they cannot sell. BTW, I believe there is still time to write to senators and congressmen about this. Some of the bills like S. 722 (Durbin bill in the Senate) are opposed by many people in the supplement business, since they affect the entire industry, not just PHs.

as far as i know 4ohn is not for sale in NV and CA, so I would assume m4ohn would be the same. if anyone still hasnt sent out a letter to their senators, please go to my site, i have the form right there, you just type your name and state.
