here are some pics taken this morning, I am 7 weeks out and still have not cut any calories. Eating 3000 a day right now. All solid food, minus myu 2 whey protein. A little different from 15 weeks my last post

this is the first show with solid food,

meal 1 2 scoops of whey

meal 2 6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal

meal 3,4,5,6
8oz chicken
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
8 oz peas

meal 7 2 scoops of whey

I have been doing this since week 15 and just started doing more cardio. Up to 5 days a week and 1/2 hr at a time.
 
Other than that mean ass sweat, in one of your pics(not that I was looking at your ass I just noticed it..) your loooking more than ready for 7 weeks out.
 
I am hoping to be ready around 3-4 weeks out. Going to the New Englands the week before my show. If I would have planned it right I may have done that show. But I feel I need to step up my size a bit before I step on that stage. Thanks for the good compliments
 
Down to 3 weks and havent changed much. I look lean as hell and body fat is low. I am having a ***** of a time tightening my lower back up. Not worried about it thought it will go by the day of the show.

I picked up my cardio to 2 times a day and had to add more potassium to my regiment. I was hitting rear double biceps the other day and ****en calf cramped right up. Kept me out for 2 days it hurt so ****en bad.
