7-MF It's worth?

I had very good results on both og and res v2!!! I even logged them!!!

yes, 7-methoxyflavone can also be written 7-Methoxy-2-phenyl-chromen-4-one.

we never saw any reports of any negative side effects. the only issue with it is that it needs to be dosed quite high, which is why Rv2 incorporates such a stout dose(375mg/day at recommended dose)
 
What's a daily dosage to be effective? Barlowes has it at 200mg a capsule

375 mg? It is a blend of 200mg. ellagic acid included.
so it may be 50mg or 100mg or something I think ...:thinking:

3 pills/day is recommended dosage. There is 125mg/pill.

The 200mg blend is split 125mg 7MF and 75mg Ellagic acid. Giving you 375mg/day.

I would like to ask you one more thing:
you advice some support to the liver or is not the case?
I heard that the 7-MF is a methylated flavone, I thought is the same term used by certain methylated PH ...?
 
Dude you're the 4th person to tell me that!! I got to try it! I heard its stronger than any other Testofen. How long have u been taking it?

I think like 2 weeks now. It might make you break out a bit I had some pimples popping up. Not sure if your prone to that. I never break out so it's odd when i do
 
Taking it solo? Or with an ai? I think I'm going to try it with the 7 methoxyflavone

asaik nope, no liver support, look at b12, methylcobalamin, dont get hung up on the methyl prefix unless you're talking PH

this is correct. methylation has no impact on liver values in the realm of everyday dietary supplements. in fact, it can act as a methyl donor for other compounds, which is very healthy!

even caffeine is methylated.


no need for liver support when using 7MF products

I was using it with erase but I came off the erase because I was done with my two bottles. I'm riding it out until I finish up this program without an AI
