Uh oh guys. I was supposed to do squats today. I drove all the way to the gym, sat in the parking lot for like 5 minutes and then just said fuk it and left. Wasn't feeling it. Feeling a bit guilty and lazy since I have the time today so I'm debating on sucking it up and going in to just get it done.
A scoop of Conqu3r Unleashed and a bit of dermarcrine on my nuts might give me some motivation lol. The only days I get like this are squat days too. Gahhhhh

Haha, I did rub my balls and enjoyed the warmth but just ended up doing a back, rear delt and bicep workout at my complex gym.

P.s. Leg day is my least favorite despite the fact I do some form of a squat or deadlift almost everyday. I do my hard leg day at the start of the week so I'm not tempted to skip it.

Incidentally, I read that AM article on building monster quads before leg day yesterday and decided to try some sh1t out... I did 3 sets of 20 squats and supersetted leg extensions to failure...
I followed this up with a couple sets of light front squats and DB lunges before hitting hamstrings... holy sh1t!!! Best pump I've ever gotten on my quads... I actually have DOMS this morning, which I haven't had in a long ass time lol
