6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Uh oh guys. I was supposed to do squats today. I drove all the way to the gym, sat in the parking lot for like 5 minutes and then just said fuk it and left. Wasn't feeling it. Feeling a bit guilty and lazy since I have the time today so I'm debating on sucking it up and going in to just get it done.

A scoop of Conqu3r Unleashed and a bit of dermarcrine on my nuts might give me some motivation lol. The only days I get like this are squat days too. Gahhhhh

Haha, I did rub my balls and enjoyed the warmth but just ended up doing a back, rear delt and bicep workout at my complex gym.

I WILL squat tomorrow. My body and scrotum is ready.

I'm glad to know. Not the only one who has done this

I've actually gotten to the point where I walk into the gyms,
It my stuff in my locker , laid on my bench.... then decided to leave the gym.

P.s. Leg day is my least favorite despite the fact I do some form of a squat or deadlift almost everyday. I do my hard leg day at the start of the week so I'm not tempted to skip it.

This is so true!!! I go in and out of being enthusiastic to do squats... when I'm making progress I love them, when I'm stagnant I'll skip workouts.

Incidentally, I read that AM article on building monster quads before leg day yesterday and decided to try some sh1t out... I did 3 sets of 20 squats and supersetted leg extensions to failure...

I followed this up with a couple sets of light front squats and DB lunges before hitting hamstrings... holy sh1t!!! Best pump I've ever gotten on my quads... I actually have DOMS this morning, which I haven't had in a long ass time lol

As I read. Looks like deep down you love squats. Nothing better for the ass than some good ole FUll Range of motion squats!

Mines pretty much empty !! I know it's not going to stay that way but I'm enjoying it while I can
 
That's why I do body weight workouts and use weights i find around the house until February.

lol i haaate bodyweight excercises. i wont plank to save my life or do 1 million reps. im to lazy for that ;)
 
Wow, this thread has a life of its own! I feel like I have been gone for so long, I have tried to check up but with work and birthdays and holidays and all kinds of craziness, life has derailed me. I've stopped making choices and reverted to old habits. This thread is going to be a huge motivating factor for getting me back on track. All of you guys are phenomenal!

As hairygrandpa would say, I went full retarded and I got fat. Time to start all over. Geez.
