6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Hahaha!! Not straight through, should have clarified. It was 99, then I did 1. Lol no, 4 sets of 25 at different stances.
Fair enough. It's pretty amazing how much harder it is to do them non stop. I do around 100 in a workout, but only a max of 26 at one time.

Tried to video for the push-up challenge. 36. So sad. :)

Which one of you fatties is gonna man up and beat my 36 on video? Invalid Link Removed. Get on it!

I've already posted one just for fun trying to get it going but I forgot how many I did 40 something. I might jump back in there and do another one in a couple of days but I'm fixing to have about four hours of tattoo work done including my elbow and I just don't think push-ups are in my near future LOL. Also if you like, I can teach you a very small trick that is easy to do consumes very little time and will boost that number up although 36 is good and you should hold your head up

Made it to the gym this morning for back workout. After taking most of a week off while being out of town, I'm amazed at how fast I lose ground. Feels like I was off for a month, not just 5 days. Not only did I gain back weight that I had lost, but I feel like I lost strength as well. Let me tell you, it sucks being old. I don't even want to think about how bad my cardio is gonna be when I get cleared to start running again.
I try to not take more than a few days off because it makes me feel exactly like this. In my head, I say "take a week off... Your body needs it!" Then I get back at it, feel like hell that first week and regret ever taking time off. :)

Gonna think about it, this challenge looks winnable... :)

Me right there. Anytime I take a week off it is turble. It is like my body needs to constantly feel the heaviness

You don't count anyway. Plus I called out the fatties. Not the beasts like you. ;)

Hit me with your secret sauce. I must admit it felt weird hitting my nose to the floor too since I'm used to using stands. Probably not the most efficient since I am not quite used to that.

Low cals have been draining my energy
My leg workout turned into a cardio workout with some legs
Bummer. It can definitely kill some energy running in a deep deficit. I forget, what are you using PWO wise? I've found that I'm much more dependent on my PWO and stims to get through a solid session. I also tried a few other PWO the past couple weeks and the effects were disastrous. So not only do I need it, but I need the right kind.

Beast, too funny. So like I said, its simple. Start at 8 in the morning and do 8 pushups. At 9 do 9 and so on until 8pm. But do Military time. So at 1pm, do 13, at 9 pm do 21. Every hour on the hour. If you miss the hour, double up on the next hour. Ends up being 203 in the day. At the end every week, generally Sunday, see how many you can do in a row, the number SHOULD go up every week.

OK, then I shall deem this group the "fatties and tatties"

Fatties need to get to posting pushup videos. Tatties get a pass.

Going to try and post mine now. Mobile app was not happy with the size of my video.

What is the top number so far?

Nice work.

Definitely, I did 103 last time I maxed out my pushups but it was a year ago. I imagine I can get about 75-80 now since I haven't done much in the way of rep work in a while. Although I doubt I will toss my hat into the ring on this one.

52 is tops so far. Easily winnable for an animal like you Kleen. My training is obviously just not preparing me well for spontaneous pushup contests. Good thing I don't usually just walk up to people on the street and throw down.

If I was one to do such things, I'd certainly avoid challenging Larry the Cable Guy

Today was conquer and was not super impressed. Been using nitraflex and ergopre lately. Got a mesomorph but felt like death when I came down.

It's interesting because I feel like I could play with PWOs before when not on this extreme deficit. But feel way more affected by changes to them now. I have had real issues with ones that others are talking up on here. I like RagNOrok (caff free) and MaxREPS, similar profiles to yours, but no caffeine. Then I pair it with BronkAid pretty much every day. And I will add caffeine tab if I think I need it...

I have max reps and the caffeine version
May give them a try soon

My stash at times is insane lol

Back up to 207 despite eating the same exact diet. Proof that when dieting, weighing yourself everyday can be pointless. The 207 probably comes from the fact that I didn't even take a dump yesterday before dinner, haha. Stay strong everyone!

My weight went up 2 lbs from last week but I know I'm on the right track. Might also be from the lgd I'm giving my pet rat :)

Haha. I mean on Wednesday, I weighed in at 207, and yesterday, 205. Just fluctuating stomach volume/water levels I'd say. I usually make it a habit to weigh myself once every 3 or 7 days cause I don't find much from weighing daily. I'll just stick with the spaced out weigh ins.

I still weigh daily but take the average over the week - when I am at maintenance calories my weight fluctuates +/-1lb

I weighed myself daily this week I was as high as 259 and as low as 251 lol

Gotta say, today's workout was demotivating. Strength levels still on par with before, but going to the gym is a chore. But hey, that's what big calorie deficits do. Gonna start popping the stims on Monday, my energy levels are shot!

Stim it up homie!!

I'm vaguely impressed with myself because I went from being in consistent 500 calorie surplus + stimmed out of my mind (via Conqu3r Unleashed) to maintenance, then a 1000 kcal deficit + a stim break and still am keeping remnants of my strength from when I peaked.

That alone should be self motivating! That's hard on most peeps

I give you much credit on this one man. I'm a stim whore, for sure. On maintenance, I can go without stims. But right now, in a large deficit? Forget it. I need them just to get my head right usually!

Eventually, I plan to take a stim break. Because it just isn't good for the adrenals. But for now, the ultimate goal is in sight, so all hands on deck!

Precisely why I only weigh in weekly. For the most part, weight is worthless data for us. It could be a deuce, water, fat, or muscle. Who knows. But measurements and photos do not lie!

Well by the end of today, I will have been stim free for 3 weeks

I am not huge on stims but am getting to try the SuperPump250 with DMAA and am very excited about that. I loved DMAA, my favorite stim hands down.

DMAA is good stuff. And the SP250 sounds legit. Old school Jack3d was the first PWO that really worked well for me back in the day. I've switched to BronkAid + caffeine for a smoother ride, though. I also think this combo works better for my endurance as I'd sometimes crash too fast on DMAA.

DMAA is so hit and miss for me

Here's a picture of a guy who can't stick with a plan. I knew when I started this that there was going to be a couple weeks that would be tough, due to a vacation and work travel, but I really thought I was up for it. Now, throw in a partial tear of my achilles tendon and stuck wearing a boot for 4 - 6 weeks, and my cardio is gone. Turns out, I may have been out exercising my bad diet choices.

My struggle now, do I continue with this cut (that I seem unable to actually do), or run the 8 weeks of Test1fy, Tr1umph and X-Gels that I had planned on doing, or say screw it and run the 8 week cycle of 1-Andro, Epi-Andro and Dermacrine that I was thinking about running sometime in January.

Please ignore the chubby mid-section and un-even traps.
