6 week Anafuse Log

I started Anafuse a few weeks ago, I have seen where some have logged it before but I feel like mine goes into a little more detail on the important aspects. So here it is,

Anafuse
Week 1
Weight-236
Max Bench-205

Week 2
Weight-234
Max bench of 205 for 8 reps
Same weight for shoulder press just increased repetitions

Week 3
Weight-235
Arm workout seemed to increase with weight. 80 pound Skull Crushers
One rep max bench-245
4 reps at 225
Shoulder press went up in weight. 175 for 6 reps.
70 pound peek-a-boo
Deadlift 335 3x
Max 365

Week 4
Weight-236
Good arm workout and pump
Shoulders are getting bigger
Chest day reps went up
195-10 reps
205-8
225-3 hopefully due to increase in reps at the lower weight.
Decline bench went up in weight
Incline Dumbell bench increase in weight
65-10 reps
70-8
75-6
Back day weight seemed to increase by 20-30 pounds on each excercise
Shoulder day-shoulder press weight went up 185-6 reps
70 pound peek a boo -6 reps
Shoulder fly machine weight was the same, just seemed easier than normal

Week 5
Weight-237
Arm pump wasn't as significant as the previous week. Weight went up though. Overhead tricep press and skull crusher was the most noticeable.
Chest day I got a good pump, not reaching my last set goal reps I'm thinking its do to pushing myself a little harder on the first two sets. Gonna change rep ranges next week and see.

Week 6
Weight-238.5
Good arm day and chest day
Changed up reps to 8,7,&6 from 10,8,&6 to switch things up.
Got 205 for 6 reps in decline bench

I bought enough for 8 weeks but I got sick for a week and decided not to continue with the last two because I had been off that long.
