I'm currently halfway through what's a comeback of sorts.
I went into it for months. We're in the collected all my lifting and gained a bunch of fat
Running ostarine with a high volume program followed by heavy weights at the end of each session has seen me pack on a bunch of weight (9lb in 5 weeks) and very little body fat but I was fatter than I like to be to start with.
I'll be starting around 18% body fat and I'm wondering if after the ostarine I'd be smart to run anafuse on a cut
I'm very skeptical anafuse because people talk so highly of it and it still legal LOL
My goal to be just a standard bodybuilders type diet as I don't do well on low-carb type regimens I guess stage of my life, family life, career Etc
Does anyone have any experience with this?
