6 PACK OR DIE TRYING!

Im very ugly and on top of that extremely hairy :)

Last time I shaved was in early July before vacations, so now hairy as a sheep, bad lighting and a fading tan... there's really nothing to see.

I promise, and I'm not fooling you, that later I'll ask my girlfriend for help with the razor and camera.

Btw, is that you in the Pic? If it's you're lucky great.

Sounds good man. Yep that is me in the pic -- from earlier this month. I have some pretty strong opinions about the whole fat loss issue b/c I spent over a decade lifting, got strong, but never had the body I wanted until this year. I lost 35 lbs in the first six months of the year and have spent the last couple months slowly lean-bulking. Although I used an EC stack in July (after I was already lean) and did the OEP and Alpha-T2 thing earlier in the year, the vast majority of my progress has been due to getting very serious/scientific about my nutrition. I've never done a cycle, that's why I'm hesitant about telling anyone that they are going to get the results that they want in terms of getting lean from PHs and research chems.

I wanted to see how this would go. I never expected to run this at this BF % as losing fat was rather easy when I started doing keto... unfortunately I stagnated bad and nothing was working...

What kind of knowledge can you spare about losing weight? Apart from avoid carbs like they are the devil i don't really know that much.

1mg is plenty

here, i'll toss up a before and after set of shots of me

very good progress. What have you been doing since the last pic? maintenance/ bulking since then?

thanks for your recomendation

For me, no single tool helped out more than tracking the exact amount of calories and macronutrients I was putting into my body every day. It sounds like a pain in the ass, but with the mobile apps for tracking now it's really very easy. You need to do a bit of experimenting to figure out your maintenance calories, but once you figure that out it's smooth sailing. During the bulk of my weight loss I kept my daily caloric intake around 1900 cals w/ 200 g of protein. In my opinion, you really shouldn't look at all carbs as the devil, rather sugar is the devil.

This sounds kind of like a no-brainer, but honestly one of my biggest discoveries that led to a lot of weight loss was that having a big salad w/some kind of meat for dinner every night would fill me up and cut a huge amount of calories from my diet. For example, a half plate of arugula, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, peppers, red onions, green olives, and 1 tbsp fat free balsamic w/ a turkey burger on an Orowheat sandwich thin, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce, and red onions is a freaking delicious filling meal that only adds up to 386 cal.

My typical eating on a 1900 calorie day would look like this:

Meal 1: Fat free english muffin w/peanut butter & honey, 1 scoop whey protein w/water
Gym
Post Gym: Protein shake w/ 2 scoops whey protein, 1 banana, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, ice, and a bit of water all blended
Snack 1: 1 cup cottage cheese
Snack 2: 1 cup greek yogurt
Snack 3: 1/4 cup almonds
Snack 4: 3/4 cup egg whites w/feta
Meal 2: Dinner salad (as described above)
Before Bed: 1 scoop casein protein w/ water

Additionally my staple supplements are BCAAs (30 g per day), multi-vitamin, fish oil, Vitamin D, Vitamin B complex, and cissus. I've also had some good success with nutrient partitioners. I've tried SlinSane, Recompadrol, and Glycobol; SlinSane by far worked the best for my body.

I believe in the old standby rule that if your diet is on point 80 to 90% of the time, you'll be in good shape. With that in mind, I of course have days where I have some beers with friends and I'm a sucker for frozen yogurt and other sweets, but it's no big deal b/c most of the time my diet and calories are very much on track.

I stuck with the 1900 cal thing until I got to around 180 lbs and wasn't putting on any more muscle. I've since switched to adding more complex carbs on lifting days and upping the calories to around 2300 to 2500 on those days, which has helped. You'll know when you are at the point where you need to change things up. Until that point, you should be able to drop fat and make good strength gains at the same time, so long as your diet is on point.

OK. I promise this weekend, shaven or unshaven I'll ask GF to take me a pic...

For me, no single tool helped out more than tracking the exact amount of calories and macronutrients I was putting into my body every day.

I have a spreadsheet in doc.google.com for that. Yeah its amazing how it changes the way you think about waht you eat...

apart from cissus that I dont use, that's mostly waht I take everyday. I do add a lot of Milk protein isolate.

never tried any of those. I like to "make my own" supps by buying the ingredients. but I'll look into those tomorrow.

thanks for sharing your knowledge

dang e, back in 07, you had really let yourself go. glad you're getting back to lookin like a track star.

truthfully, that pic was already 20~30 lbs down. Before that I hadn't been in a gym or bothered to even try being active or control eating since high school

DAY #11 - Thursday 1 September 2011

Regular non gym day. Decide to go for a walk to try to burn some cals.

Download an app from Android App Market and off I went :)

70 mins later... ONLY 360 cals :( wth? 5+ Kilometers and only 360 cals?? what a ripoff ;)

Glad I took drank some coffee before, so maybe the total metabolic expenditure was higher.

Next time I'll take my Yohimbine just before I start walking...

Very busy at work. I hope I don't have to move tomorrows workout to Saturday... lets see how work goes tomorrow.

LIBIDO CHECK TIME :D

DAY #12 - Friday 2 September 2011

Not much to say, typical work day :)

Went to the gym and did widow-makers at about 50% of my body weight :) those were 20 hard squats reps... my mind kept telling me quit but I kept on going :)

Did not have my 15g of vitargo during the workout... trying to get the glucagons to eat the fat off...

DAY #13/14 - WEEKEND 3/4 September 2011

Not a very good weekend. Girlfriend is also trying to lose weight and in a bad mood because of work and other ****.

Ended up not asking her to take pictures of me :( sorry buds I know I promised :(

upped the dosage: according to plan I'm now using 50mcg of T3 and 80mcg of Clen.

DAY #15 - Monday, 5 September 2011

Gym day!!! Added 5KG to my deadlift :) Hooray for me :) is the epi giving me strength or what ??

I made some changes to my cycle planning... I'll show 'em in the next post...

CYCLE PLAN UPDATE:

Invalid Link Removed

I need your opinions on this.

1) I already ordered 2 more bottles of 11oxo so next week I'll be doubling the dosage.
2) Extended the Epi 2 more weeks at 40mg ? YAY OR NAY? Should i keep it at 30mg and run it longer???
3) I read that ketotifen helps hypogonodal people so I think it might be useful during PCT
4) Decided to run the Clen longer. 6 Weeks instead of 3, alongside with the kietotifen. should I keep dosing the ketotifen at 1mg or more?
5) The second time I'll run the Clen I'll run it at a high dose instead of ramping it up...? is it good?? I'll be in PCT then...

Thanks for your input bros. I need to shed the remaining fat...

My god that is a nice array of goodies :D

Sorry I have no input but just saying i'm still watching for that 6 pack :D

stop at 6wks on the epi. You can up the dose to 40-50mg but not the duration to 8wks. 900mg of 11 oxo.... it will produce muscle at that dose but will crush all cortisol in your body. beware, i would say 750mg is the sweet spot.

I meant going from 225mg to 450mg of 11 oxo. do you think I should go higher to 750?

im not really interested in adding much muscle here, main goal is to shed fat... Ill bulk up when im done with cutting :)

so 8 weeks of epi at 30mg would be too much, right?

Day #16 - Tuesday, 6 of September 2011 - Rest day

As I'm trying to shed as much BF as possible, I went for a looooong walk through my city.

According to the Cardio Application on my Android I walked 9.1 Km and lost 613 kcals...

Not bad at all for 1h30 of walking at night :)

Day #17 - Wednesday, 7 of September 2011 - Gym day

Gym day! Did Squats, Overhead press, Power cleans and walked for 20mins as cardio.

Added 10Kg to squats today. 102.5Kg (225.5lbs) for 3 sets of 5 reps. I haven't done more than 100Kg since my injury last year. Had to reset, been adding weight slowly for 3 months now...

Weighted myself before training at 82.8Kg (182.16lbs).

As promised, here's a (crappy) progress picture:

Everyones got their own opinions on it but if you shave your chest/abs you will look 10x more lean ;) also you will be able to see that progress better!! If you dont feel comfortable just say "no homo" like i do before i shave it up hahahaha

Agreed. My body hair just grows back too fast. I had a shave planned for last weekend but didn't go well.

its a very bad idea to run a methyl PH for longer than 6wks. they also tend to lose effect after that amount of time.

my idea was that running 30mg for 8 weeks is the same amount of epi that a cycle of 40mg for 6 weeks would be

30 * 7 days * 8 weeks = 1680 mg
40 * 7 days * 6 weeks = 1680 mg

Day #18 - Thursday, 8 of September 2011 - Rest day

Depressed as hell.

Had planned to do some cardio but so far nothing. Did some cleaning... hope that counts.

I have some 5-htp caps... maybe they could help with this feeling but not sure if I want to use 'em. (got them as a gift... never used).

Maybe I'll do some late night walking...

EDIT:

late night walking done :)

8.95km... android app says 581kcals

*Sigh* I know I shouldn't bother, but I just hate to see you putting all this crap into your system. You have A LONG way to go naturally, weight loss or not. Embrace it. You could literally lift and eat correctly for years and see steady progress from where you're at. That is the fun time. It's kind of like watching a 12 year old chomping at the bit to get his/her first job. All you want to tell them is to enjoy this time b/c they will have the rest of their life to worry about work ****. All the stuff that you are taking are things that are for breaking plateaus. You're not even registering on the landscape yet, much less hitting a plateau.

Thanks bro. that sure was uplifting.

Day #19 - Friday, 9 of September 2011 - Gym day

Regular gym day. Was feeling very lethargic. Did Squat, bench and Deads and left the place.

Got an order from myprotein.co.uk

Different tastes of whey and milk protein. The chocolate and strawberry flavours are nice. Vanilla was a bit of a let down:it smells great but doesn't taste so well.

Also got lecitin and Inositol.

Hopefully Inositol will add another layer of liver protection. Not sure yet how to dose so for now I'll be sticking with the recommended dose.

Day #20 - Saturday, 10 of September 2011 - Rest day

Regular day. Still lethargic.

Had a cheat desert: Fruit Salad :) haven't had so many carbs in a loooong time. Felt good :)

Went to the movies with girlfriend for a horror movie festival. Good times :)

Day #21 - Sunday, 11 of September 2011 - Rest day

Start of the forth week upped the 11oxo to 450mg, clenbuterol and ketotifen dosage.

Did some recipes with whey protein and eggs... tasted very good... in fact i'm craving one now :D hard to resist.

Just a scoop of whey with an egg... vanilla or chocolate is delicious.

Hope tomorrow the scale says I'm thinner. I'll be going to the gym in the morning... wish me good luck.

Day #22 - Monday, 12 of September 2011 - Gym day

I hate waking up early :(

had to hit the gym in the early morning and it didn't went too well

weights felt heavy as **** and by the time I left the gym I wanted to puke lol

finally I'm feeling side effects from clen??? I maybe I overdid the stimulants in the morning...

let's see how tomorrow goes...

starting to think more about PCT... I think I'm going to order Reduce XT to use in PCT (alongside with the clomid)... YAY OR NAY?

Day #29 - Monday, 19 of September 2011 - Gym day

haven't had much time to update log...

found out the clen I was using was bunk :( source gave me a refund but... damm...

I'm continuing the cycle without the clen as in still losing weight...

Will go to the gym later today.

Energy levels have been good. The lethargy i reported earlier disappeared with no changes in diet or cycle.

its not a problem you were using sh!t clen, you had wayyy to many stims/weightloss products going as is. Prolly a good thing. Dont let anything effect your mood/mindset. You will hit your goals, you may not be on the track you thought you would be from the start of the cycle but back than you prolly didnt realize how hard of a goal you initally set for yourself.

its only day 29, lots of time left, update you cycle spreadsheet. Id like to see it now that you changed your 11 oxo dosing and dropped the bunk clen.

Hi All

I'm still doing this, but haven't had much time to log

changed to a new gym, kept losing fat weight, strength is still up ( plateaued for a bit, but back to normal now )

I might start a new thread with PART II of my amazing cut ;)
