Completely gone. It was gone a day or so after. However, that may just be anecdotal as maybe have been getting sinus cold that just never materialized. But I'm going strong now, popping up out of bed at 6am, sleeping at 930p. From what I can tell right now, I don't have any sides. I'm sprinting once a wake 100% effort as well.
Glad to hear that I am not the only one hitting the pillow before 10 PM(I also get up right around 6 AM and like my 8+ hours sleep, when I can get it)

What are you using for base?
I generally stay between 280 for rest days and 330 for work days.Not dead set on it... In fact I would love to not have to eat that much protein... How much does everyone else up there protein while on?
Varies from person to person bro. Your dosages are not high enough compared to most that need exem asap.Haven't had to dip into Exemestane yet. That expected? When should I start noticing the need to take it?
Have you noticed any nutrient partitioning effects from the LGD? I am a couple of weeks in myself on an LGD run (I would need to look at my notes, can't remember if I am 1.5 or 2.5 weeks in) and I feel like I am already seeing the partitioning effects.
so you are up 11 lbs in 9 weeks? How much would you estimate is water weight and/or fat? How is the 5/3/1 training pairing with the LGD run?
