5/3/1 Training with LGD + Dermatrest cycle

how is the lethargy now that you went back to 10 mg LGD?
 
Completely gone. It was gone a day or so after. However, that may just be anecdotal as maybe have been getting sinus cold that just never materialized. But I'm going strong now, popping up out of bed at 6am, sleeping at 930p. From what I can tell right now, I don't have any sides. I'm sprinting once a wake 100% effort as well.

Glad to hear that I am not the only one hitting the pillow before 10 PM :) (I also get up right around 6 AM and like my 8+ hours sleep, when I can get it)

Have you noticed any nutrient partitioning effects from the LGD? I am a couple of weeks in myself on an LGD run (I would need to look at my notes, can't remember if I am 1.5 or 2.5 weeks in) and I feel like I am already seeing the partitioning effects.

Well I would say yes, since my fat mass has stayed about same and I've gained over 11 lbs.

Hard to say, I'm sure some of it is water. But I'm taking caliper measurements every week. According to those I have lost 1 lbs of fat. Pants fitting has not changed at all to being tighter. 5/3/1 is working great, keep in mind I am still doing bodybuilding type workout for rest of exercises just not the main lift. Good combo. It's fun gunning for the Pr's on this. I was always beating my best by 3 reps or more

So you gained a little over 12 lbs for the 9.5 weeks? Any progress picts?

It will be very interested on how much you keep in the coming weeks. Any water weight should fall off within the first week. With a half life of 36 hours it looks like the LGD will be out of your system in just over 2 days (52 hours, using an online calculator).
