Also, you're using an oral syringe, right? I wouldn't trust the volume delivered by the pump on the bottle. I would pour the bottle into a tupperware and use an oral syringe.

I found I needed a lot of that kind of trest to get the desired effects, upwards of 2-300 per day. which is fine. but the trest should have you acting like a 16 yr old kid with a raging libido ... srs. ive combined with many different hormones and trest literally trumps them all and makes me horny as hell!

but give it a couple days at the new dose and see if you don't look at all the girls you see in a different light!~
 
I'm ahead of myself right now. But do you guys have any thoughts on laxogenin products? Transdermal vs oral? Planning on throwing that in the mix starting during PCT and running for additional 8 weeks, to try and hold onto and solidly any gains while getting hormones back on track.

Delayed answer to your q, yes i think harder assistance sets are better. 4x12 seems ok, but it ends up being cardio, and 5/3/1 the intensity is (intentionally) low and on cycle I'd say more fiber damage is necessary.

Id take a weight i can just do for 10 or 12 my first set and keep it constant, and as long as the 4th set isnt a huge drop off (say less than half the original sets reps, and no desperation reps) id add weight.
 
Thanks. Too add: I slightly changed the 5/3/1 main movements. For this cycle. Im doing the advanced template which is not a top AMRAP set...
I'm getting considerable volume, it's 5 sets 5, then following week 5 sets of 3, then try to max out in 3rd week.

I like what you did there, turned what could be a so so 531 day into a brutal high volume push session.

You keeping form on point and pausing benches?
 
Yes. With only doing 5 and 3 rep sets its very easy to not break form, as could happen when you are pushing for PRs. (Which I am a costumed to) By last set, I was done. I was considering adding more sets but by that 7th set I was spent. I might have a rep in tank. Then I did what was suggested and just pushed each assistance movement to failure keep weight constant. If I can get at a min 12 10 8 6 with a weight I will up it for the following week. Obviously in the moment if I can get 12 I will get it, but not at expense of the load...
 
-I did calculations earlier today based on my weight and body fat measurement:
Day 1: 197.8lbs 20% BF
158.24 LBM
39.56 Fat

Day 8 199.8 lbs 19% BF
161.84 LBM
37.96 fat

If calculations are correct I gained 3.6 lbs LBM and lost 1.6 lbs fat. I understand likely some of the gains are water. First week maybe a large amount are, but still this encouraging. Plus, I know I could easily mis measure by a millimeter. :). But I'll keep measuring weekly and report back.
 
I find trest is pretty carb hungry, so if its size you are after eat more fast carbs like white rice.. last thing you want is a ton of slow carbs in your belly while on trest!! the bloat is brutal. if its the recomp effects you are after then keep the carbs on the lower side.

Thanks brother. Yeah I was going in just looking to gain as much as I can. I'm already around 20 body fat, so I am not overly worried about fat right now obviously ha. But I'm eating 3400 ish a day and hitting 300-400 carbs a day. I think if I can continue as I have so far I should be fairly happy at the end.

No sweat. But I used to get beat, where I was passing out at 930. Now, I have to tell myself to go to bed. Which I don't love, BTW. I like getting that kind of tired, haha.

How's the libido been since upping the trest? My libido fell off and I thought it was due to not having enough of a base, I kept increasing the base when it was actually just high e2. Started exem and libido came back.
 
Libido was doing pretty good, as far as the will... However the ability to perform wasn't there yesterday. Feeling E2 really was elevating going into yesterday evening...
I did up to the 100 a day of trest about a week ago. I then started in on exem at 12.5 every 3rd day. Didn't really ever "feel" anything from it though. Then last night I noticed the nipple sensitivity, and it was the day I took 12.5 mg of AI. I took it again this morning, after I really shook it up, and it seems about 4 hours later that those early symptoms I was having are subsiding. I think my E2 was jazzed up too, and i am gonna stick with 12.5 everyday, atleadt for next couple days... To see how that goes. I want to find the "overdose" spot so I can dial back to the "sweet spot"... I'll be reporting back on this specifically, as this has now risen on the priority list over me "getting off" haha... I'm thinking and hoping that I didn't shake the solution and that allowed E2 to rise. I do have arimistane on hand too and according to Nutriverse, 75 mgs a day would be sufficient for 100 mgs of dermatrest. Understand I don't want to use that, but if my exemestane is bunk, I may need to dial back trest and go to arimistane....
 
I think you should get new exem asap. Supposedly arimistane does nothing for e2. It does lower cortisol though.
 
Yeah, well I have a feeling it's doing its job now, after increasing the dose. Sensitivity has been greatly reduced (nearly non existent) after the back to back 12.5 mg doses. I'll keep monitoring, but I would have expected progression of the symptoms if it wasn't legit.

It certainly won't hurt anything and it will help with any bloating. It's what I noticed from it. Sleep quality was pretty great too and it increased my appetite a bit.

Getting rid of the sets of main lift. Going back to standard 531 with AMRAP set up.. Easier to keep pushing strength gains, and more motivation. Feel like the 1 rep week 3 times is wasteful... I'll make up for the lack in volume on bench and OHP days with some downsets work around 70% of TM to get the missing volume in...

your weight really came to a stop but I assume you are getting leaner by the day now too so... over all how do you like it so far and hows the libido at this point?
 
Yeah weight just stopped at around 202. When I measured BF Wednesday it seemed to be at what it was since I started. So so far up 3.5 lbs LBM and up 1lbs fat. Ok for first 2 weeks in my opinion. But this morning I felt a bit leaner, it's hard for me tho, cause I'm in that area where I can barely see upper 2 ab muscles if I really try. I'm upping cake to around 3800 to 4000. I'm really surprised weight isn't moving at 3600.
I finally felt like I got estrogen sides under control early this week. Dialing in the dose of RC Aromasyn to 12.5 ED. My mood is good, everything seems in line. Im liking it so far, but it's nothing crazy, so far...
Looking for rep PRs daily here in out though, as I am back on AMRAP. See how this finishes up, but my waist has shrunk maybe half an inch or 1/4 inch sense starting and I'm up 4 lbs in 2.5 weeks
