I started 5 down, 10 stretch. Kills me! I used to do 10 down 5 stretch but I lose focus on my calfs. 5 seems to keep it and 10 at the bottom, well words cants describe the feeling.
 
Hey DW do you have lower cals on your cardio only days or do you eat the same number of cals day to day?
 
Yeah, but the foods are the same. It's just that I have my intra shakes on my workout days, so about an extra 250calories.

Ah ok, was just wondering because I was thinking of changing the way I cycle my calories between workout / cardio days to just eating the same amount of cals every day. Was thinking there might be a possibility of building more muscle if I stay in a caloric surplus more often and just keep it a 3-400 cal surplus so I gain less then a pound a week.

Any advice?

What are they like now? Sorry can't remember.

Yeah a surplus of that is good when you're natural and looking for lean mass. The weight won't climb as fast but it will be quality size. Reason I'm doing what I am is because I'm "recomping" which is treating me pretty well.

It's cool but basically right now I am doing high cals / carbs on training days around 3200 3 days a week, then dropping them to maintence or slightly below not really sure on cardio days which is around 2200-2400.

If you're doing cardio on non training days, eating at maintenance would be ideal.

I will eventually add carbs into my DC routine, when I do, I plan on going ~300 surplus on SUN/TUE/THUR/SAT & closer to 550-600 on training days (only difference will be intra shake like now)

Really hope stomach issues go away. I look leaner than I did 4 weeks ago no doubt. I have shoulder veins all the time. In another 4 weeks I'll be close to as lean as I was around my show. I love carb cycling, probably going to do my own prep next time.
 
Next time u should update how much the increase in weight / reps were ;), just my opinion, so I can watch your strength gains :P.

I think I did outline it but I'm OCD and make subtle changes a lot, lol.

I take intra carbs mon/wed/fri. I've milled around with a few carb sources but am sticking with True Nutritions MG Powdered Muscle. Start sipping about 30mjn pre workout and continue until finished at the end.

I carb up each Saturday, 500gr from pretty clean carbs. Last weekend was dirty and I feel/look bad this week. I eat about 300gr protein & 150gr fat every day.

Been thinking about backloading during my DC cruise. I'm really tired and sore today, hope its just a coincidence & not CNS fatigue. If not, I'll be finishing my blast next week. I've been going hard for 8 weeks now maybe it's time to throttle back a bit.

With DC I feel like once I hit about 6 weeks and I'm still staying pretty consistent I have to force myself to cruise otherwise I over train lol.... Such is life.

Carbs are the devil!!! Haha maybe carb back loading? I'll up the carbs intra today and see how I feel. I also have vacation starting 2maro, could do the trick

Beat log book today, I left it at the gym tho efffffff! I'll get it I the morning when I hit cardio. I wasn't as tired once I got into the gym but now I'm drained. Tigers game is postponed, idk if I'll be able to stay up and watch it. Maybe be an early night for ole DW.

But, out in California, or at least Santa Cruz, there's this donut place called "Ferrell's Donuts." There, you can get a maple long john with stuffing (don't remember if it's icing or cream), then you can walk across the room to play the one and only Metal Slug arcade.

1.) my buddy took 3rd in novice & 2nd in open light weights
-picture from hotel/morning of to come. App not letting me post

2.) I made a sick, 1 handed leaping grab for some cellucore crap. The catch was megatron-esk...

3.) I have the fukcing flu!!!!

I feel like death right now. Trying to stay hydrated, can't eat anything at the moment. I'm at work, couldn't really call in after a using 2 vacation days. Gonna be a rough rest of the week.

My ratings left to right are 3 1 4 2 5. Would not lose any sleep if 1 and 2 were swapped. I think the girl I gave a 4 has a horrible shape (looks anorexic), but number 5 looks like a random chick they just pulled off the street and entered into the comp, so I rated her below 4 who has better conditioning.

Yea 4 has no curve to her at all. Proportioning is terrible on that girl. Def NOT top 5...

My ratings would kind of be the same, although I would swap my number 1 and 2. Also my number 4 has a nice backside despite her lack of female shape at the front, whereas number 5 (girl on right) just straight up doesn't look spectacular at all, front or back, from a competition perspective (imo).
 
I would have went 5, 1, 3, 2, 4

Maybe 3 & 4 flopped. Stage presence is something to consider in bikini so makes it a little harder to tell from just pics (since they have them walk around, move in place, etc)

My number 1 was also the only one with fake boobs (and she was the winner) lol.
I like number 1 a lot, although number 2 has a nicer behind from that 1 picture.
 
Well needless to say my cruise will start early. Hopefully with rest I'll be back Saturday? Diet isn't really a concern at the moment. Today was 3 shakes (150gr total) and some peanut butter. Small bowl of bran flakes in almond milk (obvious reasons) 3 powerade zeros and tea (makes my throat not hurt)

Diet will probably look the same until I can eat without being nauseous. I also sip on some modern BCAA during the day, 2 scoops.
